Ubicación óptima, a un paso del puente de calatrava pero siendo una zona muy tranquila. Parques y supermercados al lado. Apartamento muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario y más. Disponer de lavadora, secadora, etc es una gran ventaja! Se facilita de todo, café y té a diario. Limpieza diaria, como si estuvieras en un hotel pero con la comodidad de un apartamento.
Poca posibilidad de parking. Sería más útil una puerta separando la zona de habitación del salón. Sofá cama útil, pero no tan cómodo para una estancia un poco larga.

Excelente relación calidad-precio, al menos viajando en estas fechas. El personal super amable y formal, nos dieron un mapa y nos explicaron cómo llegar a cada punto de interés turístico el primer día. El apartamento es ideal para pasar unos cuantos días en pareja por Bilbao; la cocina, la calefacción por aire y el baño, todo funcionaba perfectamente. La ubicación es genial, a apenas una calle de la ría bilbaína, basta con cruzar el puente para llegar a todos lados en un paseo corto (13 minutos al Guggenheim, 15 al casco histórico, 17 la Gran Vía, 25 el estadio san Mamés...). Estamos muy contentos con este alojamiento, sin duda volveremos!
Por decir algo, el primer día no teníamos ni idea de que había servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones (supongo que incluido) y fue incómodo encontrarnos las camas hechas y el baño ordenado cuando regresamos de comer fuera, pero supongo que es de agradecer.
El resto de días dejamos puesto en la puerta el cartel de "durmiendo" cada vez que salíamos para que no volvieran a entrar en nuestra ausencia, así que así funcionaba

Noise from local bars of the street. For us was not a problem but if you get an apartment on 1st or 2nd floor on the street side it will be a problem.

El personal de recepción fue súper atento y encantador. Nos explicó todo y nos dio todo facilidades. El apartamento genial, para lo que lo queríamos superó nuestras expectativas. La decoración, la configuración y los detalles, todo cuidado. El personal de limpieza encantador también.

Nuestra reciente estancia en el hotel Abba en Bilbao fue simplemente excepcional! Desde el momento en que entramos, el personal nos acogió con una calidez y profesionalismo que superó todas nuestras expectativas. Cada miembro del equipo mostró un genuino interés en asegurarse de que nuestra experiencia fuera memorable. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, pero lo que realmente hizo que nuestra visita fuera especial fue la atención al detalle y la amabilidad constante del personal. ¡Recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de alojamiento de primera clase en Bilbao!

got an unexpected upgrade to an apartment, which turned out to be wonderful. couldn’t have been happier with the location: quiet street and yet quite close to the river and the nicest bridge to the other side thereof, where the extraordinary Guggenheim and many other sights were. Property arranged underground parking at 24 euros a day, which seemed a good deal for beautiful Bilbao. We , in our late 70s, walked everywhere.
Nothing to dislike, but be aware we got upgraded from a ‘mere’ suite to a one- bedroom apartment.

Spacious room, fully equipted kitchen - we didn't use it though
Very nice location
No public toilet!! After our check out when we asked for the toilet they said there is non in the hotel to use and they suggested another place by the courner where we could use the bathroom.
Many restaurants are closed between 16:00-20:00 so when we asked the reception for assistance to find a place which would be open the young lady replied "I don't know" - I believe she was a trainee so .. okay
The morning reception lady was very helpful.

Location was brilliant. Short walk from Guggenheim/bus stop/tram stop/city centre...and don't forget the funicular railway! Good little bar/restaurant directly opposite and small supermarket a block away. Don't forget to buy a "Barik" card for very cheap access to all the city's public transport system (metro, bus, tram....and the funicular railway.) You only need one card to share between a group of people.
Small criticisms:- electrical cords from coffee maker and kettle not long enough to reach the plug socket easily.
Wardrobe door will not open fully - hits main access door closing mechanism. Both of these could be fixed.

maybe instructions for the washer dryer would have been helpful. it was a bit tricky for us working out how to use it.

We really enjoyed our stayed in the hotel during the trip.
The staffs were really friendly to us during our stay.
The room we got was very clean and the kitchen was the basics enqiument, which stated in the website profiles.
Most of the places are walking distance, therefore, we did tried to buy some fresh food and cook in the kitchen in the kitchen, which was good. However, unless you stay for longer period, is not easy to get small bottle of oil or salt/pepper etc. Therefore, a suggestion if you want to try to cook in the room might recommend to bring them yourself. Unless hotel could able to provide some in the room or reception?

Exceptionally good location, views on the mountain from the terrace (I highly recommend rooms with terrace), good equipped kitchen, nice bed, good air heating system (it was chilly outside). Reception desk 24h, quite area, everything you need for the stay in 3 mins walking distance, including groceries and good cafes.
Sink in the bathroom didn’t work well and this wasn’t fixed during three days. Air heating system sometimes brought in smells of cigarettes and cooking.

The apartment is spacious and has everything that is needed for a stay (incl. a capsule coffeemaker, a dishwasher and a washing machine).
The location is great (10 minutes to walk to the city centre), however, the area is quiet. We asked for and received a very silent room (as it was "inner", the view was not great, but there was no noise in the morning at all: like buses/street talks, nothing, – many thanks for that)
A minor thing: as we used a washing machine I wish there was something like a laundry drying rack

We love the apartment, which was spotless! the location is amazing and you can walk to the city centre. Our stay was really nice and we will be back for sure
parking costs you 24€/day. It is really expensive and you should add to the total cost of the apartment in case you travel by car since it is difficult to park in the street. We ask for 2 more coffee capsules and they also charge us… On the other hand, the natural light of the apartment is limited due to interior room, which makes the room dark
