La qualité de l'accueil : un personnel très sympathique et disponible. La propreté de la chambre et des sanitaires. La proximité du centre. La possibilité de se garer sur le parking de la superette voisine.

Checkin űber Nachtsafe hat gut geklappt, freundliche Rezeption, neu eingerichtetes Zimmer, Nachtparkplatz auf nahem Parkplatz total okay
Kein Fahrstuhl in die zweite Etage. Haben Parkplatz nur nachts genutzt, dafür Gebühr zu hoch.

The apartment was lovely. lovely decorated there is a supermarket just down stairs. the balcony is also a great if you smoke.
wish it had a kitchen. This is only reason i wouldn't book this apartment again we like to cook if we have an apartment.

Everything clean and very well-equipped! :) There is a small convenience store next to the hotel and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Recommended!

Breakfast was good and hotel is well connected to public transport. Has a tram and bus stop nearby.
Free Wi-Fi coverage could have been better. In the evening you get no Wi-Fi signal

Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the station and a supermarket downstairs. The rooms are modern and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is big. There was also a mini fridge, very handy.
It was a bit dusty, which set off my allergies. We also had very rude neighbours, they were banging on our walls the entire night, and also in the morning.

The bed was comfy. the room was clean when I checked in, smily staffs!
I wanted to heat up my food but they didn’t offer to help. so basically they just said that no microwave as I was asking for one. I’ve stayed in more than 100 hotels in my life and most of them offer to heat up my food in their kitchens. its not a big deal making food hot!! its called hospitality.
Also the daily cleaning service during my stay wasn’t clean. I could still see LOTS my hair on the bathroom floor when i was back from outside in evenings. So my assumption is that they didn’t even swipe.

Breakfast was very good, with choice, even if we are not German (some marmelade, honey ect for people who loves sugar breakfast)
May-be the way to get the keys (it's little be complicate on travel to arrived before 6pm). But if I coorelcly understrand it's only because I don't paid in avdance.
