Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het was zeer onhygiënisch, er hing een onaangename muffe sigarettengeur, dit aangegeven bij de receptie en ze zeiden dat het ongebruikelijk was. Het was ook warm op de kamer. Het bed was niet zoals aangegeven, de grootte was niet queensize, de kussens waren vies en oud. Er zaten allemaal vlekken op en er zat een vlek op het matras wat zichtbaar was door het laken heen.
De badkamer was erg vies, de douchecabine was beschimmeld en verkalkt. De handdoeken zagen er ook niet schoon uit. Om deze reden hebben we ook geen gebruik gemaakt van die faciliteit. Hierdoor voelde wij ons niet fris maar liever dat en thuis douchen dan in zo een vieze badkamer. We hebben om deze redenen ook vroeg uitgecheckt omdat we er snel weg wilde. Helaas hebben we hierom ook geen foto’s gemaakt. De foto’s kwamen ook totaal niet over een. Dit voelt eerlijk gezegd als weggegooid geld.

Knus hotel dat prima gelegen is voor een bezoek aan de stad! Super aardig personeel. De familiekamer is ruim en fijn met 4 volwaardige bedden. Vaak moeten de kinderen op een slaapbank slapen. In dit hotel dus in een bed.
Ligging prima, ontbijt met genoeg keuze. Leuk dat het een kleinschalig hotel is.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Zimmer und Bad renoviert. Ruhig gelegen.
Bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Empfang.

Great location, really calm and quiet. Comfortable bed. We arrived in a middle of a night and have no problems with check-in. Tasty and varied breakfast

Close location to city train station and city centre.
The hotel was sometimes a nice place and now is leaving from that.
The cleaning was at the acceptable limit but didn't exceed..

Two rooms in one was good suitable for our family.
Stale smell of cigarettes. Lift didn’t go all the way up so had to carry suitcases up stairs.

The staff were extremely welcoming, the rooms very were clean and well set out. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was very varied and well presented. Finally the parking was secure and safe.

The hotel has a unique design and good location. The reception is friendly and we had no troubles by staying there.

Room for 4 is spacious, hotel is near the Christophstraße / Mediapark Station. Staff was kind and accommodating.
Not that clean - dusty curtains, furniture and heater. No hot water for coffee or tea in the room (but one can request for it at the reception). Poor wifi signal in the room

Staff was very friendly and helpful
We took the last room which was at the basement, was not an issue till we arrived there- room was smelly, carpet had stains, there was a door taking outside, luckily that we checked it since was not locked. The bathroom was not really connected with the room, but you had to pass another room which made it uncomfortable. Extra room has a small window where people from the stress could easily see inside the room.
The room was right under the breakfast room so early morning all you heard is chairs dragged and people walking.
I will not commend it to other people. Luckily we stayed only 1 night.

The location is great for accessibility around the city
There is no safe for your belongings, there is no Air Conditioning and they haven’t got proper pillows. The pillows are rolled up duvets shoved into a pillow case. The room is tiny, it is only suitable for one person. Extremely thin walls. Avoid at all costs

The location was great.
Was a quite place.
We arrived at the hotel late (after being in another cold and rainy country) and all we wanted to do was to take a hot shower and sleep in a warm bedroom, but the room was too cold; the window was open, the heat didn’t work and we had to sleep there without any solution.
The next day a different guy of the reception gave us another room (so much better, with everything working well) and the manager apologized and gave us a free breakfast (the least he could do). So, we could finally enjoy our journey there.

Nice updated fresh room. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly.

For the price we paid (4 friends sharing 2 rooms) I cannot fault this place. Quiet location within walking distance of the Cathedral and bars etc. Rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean with a really good shower.
