Exceptional apartment with great sea view. Has everything you need. Peaceful neighborhood and a lovely beach nearby.

Very spacious flat with nice balcony and view over adriatic sea. Perfectly suitable for 4 adults and 2 childrens.

One of the rooms is very small and not comfortable. So it's harder to live for 6 adults.

Just perfect with great service, we will come back

Such a beautiful apartment with a terrace that looks over the sea. Simply amazing. Facilities excellent, location about 15 mins walk from old town. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need . It was such a pleasure to stay here. HIghly recommend.

Terrific view and access to Old Town and Lapad beaches. Super clean and spacious, especially for the cost. Definitely appreciated the air conditioning! Hosts were kind, communicative and gracious. A gem!

The only downside is the stairs and hills to/from the property. Totally not a problem for mobile adults but taxis generally wont come down the hill so if anyone in your party struggles with hills/stairs, it could be a difficult for them to move back and forth from the property.

The host was very communicative: I've got a message right after reservation. She always replied immediately and asked us if everything was all right. The apartment is big, nice, with terrace overlooking the sea. The old town is in 15 minutes walk. Seaside is 5 minutes walk.

- Good location to get anywhere. Quiet. 1 min from rocky beach, 5 from nicer one, one short uber away from kickass one. - Killer view, could stay sitting on the terrace forever! I mean.. how?😀 I need this at home. Ha they even provide binoculars! - The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Good english. Apartmet is equipped great, its all there.

The view is amazing and the location very good for family.

The apartment was well maintained and had a gem of a balcony were we sat for breakfast tea/coffees enjoying the sun. All rooms were spacious with two bathrooms, one shower, to keep everyone happy. Of the three bedrooms there was a very large master with two smaller rooms mine was particularly comfortable and enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep. The shower unit and kitchen all pretty functional which you expect at this price range. Location wise it's a healthy walk into the city (20-30mins) with some parts uphill (This is Dubrovnik) and you need to negotiate 55 steps from the ground floor to the entrance of the apartment. Like all the apartments we booked in Croatia the landlords have been wonderful and this was one different.

My only gripe I was led to believe this was a cliff top apartment overlooking the Adriatic - it was not! The apartment is sat one block back in a narrow side street. For those driving suggest you call in advance to learn where you can park.
