The location - next to the Byzantine Church and the Mycenean ruins

The size of the room

Unexpected and very pleasant surprise to find such a nice and convenient location to explore the broader area and use as a base for access to places of interest. In my case, it was a stopover and meeting place for going to Parnassos ski resort.

The room was super clean, it's located at a great scenary. We've loved it and will surely revisit.

This property is very well located next to the site of ancient Orchomenos, and useful as a base for exploring the sites and museums of ancient Boiotia. It is a short walk to restaurants and shops.

When I booked, the property description did not mention that breakfast would be at a different location to which we had to drive due to the distance. The apartment had cooking facilities (in the bedroom) but no cooking utensils, or plates etc. were provided, with Covid given as the reason, but we were supplied with these items at all our other 4 stay locations in Greece. At first we were provided with thin plastic beakers for hot drinks. When we pointed out how dangerous this was, we were given china cups. The main room lacks a mirror, and the second room was very small and the ladder to the top bunk unusable. There was no guide to using the air-conditioning, which is essential as not all visitors, especially from northern Europe, are used to using air-con. It is easy to bring the car inside the property but we had to insist on this, as initially we were told to park on the road; the road is not 'private' as per the property description.

The bed was excellent, something rather unusual in Greek hotels. The room was very nice and spotless. The staff extremely kind and friendly (something usual in Greece, thank you, ladies!!)

There is a problem with lights in the bedrooms. Outside light come into the bedroom and curtains are not enough thick to stop it. Moreover, inside the room there are several lights coming from electricty panel, security door etc...(blue, green and red, a bit like being in a disco!). It was fortunate that we had eye masks to sleep otherwise it would have been very difficult. I think this could be easy to solve and it would be worth while to solve it. The hotel is very nice and comfortable and deserves to be better. The breakfast, served outside the hotel, is very low quality, no natural orange juice and an awful "plastic" bread (in a country where both the oranges and the bread are probably among the best in wordl!). It is a very good hotel with some room for easy imrpovement. Thanks a lot.

The toilet and the shower were nice

We arrived at noon and had to wait 1 hour outside the building until they came to open the place. While we were waiting we sent them massages and they didn’t answer. When they finally arrived all they said was “we were at the city and didn’t hear the massages”. We felt disrespected the way they handled this situation.
