It is a great location. Just a few minutes walk to both Rialto Bridge and St. Marc Square. No view but does have air conditioning, was clean and plenty of beds for a large family.

Great location - walk to everything

The location is absolutely fantastic! It was especially perfect for our family with children because it was within a few minutes walk of major sites, grocery stores, and wonderful restaurants. The flat was very spacious and clean. We were also pleasantly surprised that it including a laundry machine! Cristina was incredibly helpful and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay.

The location was ideal!! Very close to the Rialto and St. Mark's Square. Cristina was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The apartment was clean, beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The shower had good pressure and we never ran out of hot water. The washer and dryer was a great bonus!

The best part of this stay was Christina! It is great to have a local to answer questions. I even message her late at night when I was panicking about the train and she answered all my questions.

I wasn't sure what to do upon checkout (bedding, trash, keys, towels). Stairs are a lot but we knew that going in. And don't forget CASH EURO for the hotel tax.

Cristina was very helpful from the moment we booked the apartment, offering very helpful information regarding different options to transfer from the airport. As we were a group if friends, we opted for a private water taxi which we arranged ourselves, but although this was pre booked, we had a 20 minute wait at the airport as it was busy. Cristina has a contact which would have been cheaper with no wait, so bear in mind if needed. The apartment location is amazing, close to both Rialto Bridge area and San Marco and was perfect for us. Cristina gave us lots of restaurant suggestions but we ended up doing our own thing. We were there for "special"birthdays of friends and Cristina delivered a beautiful cake and bottle of belini when she found out, so thoughtful. The apartment was large, clean and had everything we needed, would definitely stay again. We had access to the apartment as soon as we arrived (before midday). And we didn't leave Venice until early afternoon but were able to store our cases in the office, which was helpful.

The bedrooms at the front were very noisy from the street below and shouting, arguments and banging continued throughout the night. Although the apartment is central, there are no views from the windows. There is one main large bathroom with a walk in shower and one separate toilet, so five women getting ready in the morning had to be carefully planned! Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs with no lift, okay for us but not for anyone with mobility problems.

Cristina was exceptional, helped us with our transport from the airport, sent us potential itineraries and great local places to eat. apartment was in a fantastic location, very clean and very well equiped. We travel a lot and all agree this is a truely outstanding place to stay

Awesome apartment for family of 8 adults. Friendly and very helpful host who came to meet and greet us and settle us into the apartment. Also provided dinner and attraction recommendations. Clean and very comfortable with modern contemporary facilities. we had a great stay!! 😀🍕🍷🍕

The host was amazing! Best experience yet (and we travel frequently). Super friendly and helpful when answering my questions about the area. She even helped me decorate to celebrate my husband’s birthday to surprise him. Location was perfect!!

The building was a little noisy. Beds very comfortable but we were all woken up early in the mornings from other people moving around the building.

The apartment had mosquitos in it. It was likely from the last people leaving windows open and wasn't the fault of the provider at all though. It was a lot of steps but we didn't mind too much.
