We stayed on the 3rd floor.The view from the bedroom is beautiful. I enjoyed sitting in the armchair in front of the window and drinking my beer. Our flight was early. The host was helpful to leave our belongings at the property.

The AC unit was only in the living room and not in the bedrooms. We had to leave the bedrooms doors open for the cold air to reach, That was not great, Also the unit on the 3rd or 4th floor and we had to climb up with luggage on narrow stairs. Other than that it was ok.

All went well and Moreno was of great support!

great location / great hood/quiet at night - note- 4 stories high - so lots of narrow steps no elevator - spacious apartment with laundry! ( no dryer) the single beds unfortunately not so comfortable main bedroom very comfortable and has lots of closet space. large bathroom with good water pressure. Kitchen- gas cooker hoorah - has bare bones, and none of the basics are supplied- olive oil, salt pepper ..... it would be a nice to not have to shop for these- they do have the multiple power outlet/plug ins....to recharge various devices

kitchen is bare bones - it would be nice if just the basic olive oil/salt/pepper/ and a few other items were available when one arrives. the coffee pot is the pressure coffee espresso - some people may not be familiar/comfortable/ have alternative ?

Nice location, quiet and good heating. No lift but it s OK if you don t have big luggages

Perfect location, nice, tidy and peaceful apartment. The host was very friendly. We were very happy with our stay.

location is great! host is very nice, helps with anything. The apartment has everything you might need and that is great. if needed - there is supermarket a couple of minutes away.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the city, close to Rialto, and also close to Piazzale Roma. The apartment was well maintained, and all the amenities needed for cooking, cleaning, etc. were available.

The sofa bed in the living room was a bit dirty, and you should be aware of mosquitoes when opening the windows (but I guess that is just common across Venice)

The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped. At night it was silent and fresh thanks to air-conditioning - though it was leaking a bit during our stay. The location was handy: not too far from the station nor the sights.

Beware that the payment is only in cash.

central location just a few minutes from rialto Bridge. Compact, yet cozy and comfortable. Arrived very late in the evening, and host met us

careful when waling up and down the stairs.

Kitchen and bathroom are spacious and well maintained.

Little far from all the city attractions since at the city centre. But, walking in Venice itself is an experience. So, a pretty good place to stay at, only thing is, the apartment was at the 3rd floor and stairs were a little congested for family members to climb up N down. A very friendly host. Near to supermarkets.
