Starting with the positives, I found that the price was very reasonable for what was offered, making it an excellent value for my budget. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. Additionally, I appreciated that they provided free drinking water, which was a nice touch

However, there were a couple of drawbacks to my experience. Firstly, there weren't many dining options nearby, which made it difficult to find places to eat. This meant that I had to travel further to get food, which was inconvenient.

There is kitchen with dishes and equipment at the opened space, good and clean room, calm area. Very good and hospitable owner. Good price. It's definitely worth staying here.

The house will really give you a home vibe. You can really rest well staying in this accommodation after a long adventure around Bohol. The place is also very clean and well maintained. They have a dining area with complete appliance, living room where you can hangout and just relax and a working table for those who brought their work with them in the trip. The owner is also very kind and accommodating. She even called me to thank me for my stay. Plus, she suggested a motorbike rental which was also a very nice man. It’s a total package. THANKS A LOT!

What my mother like is she can cook her own meals and do the laundry..

shared kitchen was okay,. Bed was not comfortable at all pillows and towels were too thin for comfort.

Really good wifi connection that I needed for work.

It was good for my business calls as there was very good wifi connection (up to 80 mbps upload & download speed) and not a lot of noise (although barking dogs & construction noises from the neighboring house are sometimes on the background, it is manageable by a noise-cancelling microphone). Wilson & Ate Rose were quite helpful & provided me a working table where I could set up my laptops. I ended up extending my stay for 3 more days.

The location isn’t that far away from the city center but tricycle drivers ask for more than double the regular fare. So I recommend taking multi-cabs (a small public transport cab) as they only ask for the regular fare which is Php 15.

The room is worth it and the place is very clean too!

Location

The host is very accommodating and kind. The house is new and very clean. You can cook and wash your clothes. The place is also accessible only 1 ride to the city proper.

Nice little place but very hard to find. A sign on the main road would be a massive help! Nice room and cheap moped hire. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer and free water!

Hard to find

Upper level is prepared as a SelfService Cafe /Cooking area + Laundry. Ideal place for Backpackers! Rooms are with 2 Single beds and own Bathroom, very clean! Kind Host !

It was bit difficult to find for the trycicle driver....JPS helps only a bit !

Great value for the money! Room was spacious and clean, all quite new. You can refill your water bottle in the common area/ kitchen. Ideal place to stay in Bohol if you have a scooter. Would definitely go back.

No WiFi in the rooms, no hot water
