I liked it since it is too close to the place that i wanted to go everyday. i mean the City Hall. and also close to the mall I C M.

Loved this place! Clean! Friendly staff, always helpful, smiling and so caring for their guest. Good breakfast, and the dinner in the restaurant…first class! Went to many restaurants around also, but the dinner in the hotel was absolutely the best! And the restaurant staff was all great too ! Bryan, Nancy, Rye, Jomarlou and Marcelito and all others working there which I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names….keep on doing your fantastic job taking care of the guest. I’m so thankful to you all for making my first stay in your beautiful country so memorable.

The rooms were very dirty. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but decided to move to anpther hotel the day after. We were not able to sleep at night, we were itching and the rooms was very dusty everywhere. and the breakfast was not good either 😞

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpfull, the room was very clean and very close for walking to the Inner City Mall and the Kenny Rogers restaurant.
The pillows were uncomfortable for me and the drain in the shower area was the wrong type so the water backed up. Made a suggestion to staff on how to correct it.

A secure, clean, well managed hotel with delicious food located very close to a nice big shopping mall.

Room size,cleanliness
Food is less for european,its good for filipino client,but my hubby is from europe,complained he needs to pay extra for the slices of bread while infact he did not have the main course,bcoz its filipino food,

Kew hotel is always at an acceptable standard even if the service can be a bit slow and frustrating at times. But I have stayed there many times and for me its the best in the city

You get what you pay for! A nice simple hotel in the middle of the city! The bellman/driver was really nice! They offer a free shuttle to a nearby restaurant which they also own called 'The House of Lechon" which is a favorite from Cebu!

Location
We were supposed to check in by 3:00pm and they made us wait in the lobby until 5:00p.. we also paid for full board and what we got was a small meal from McDonald's. Terrible service! Will never stay there again
