A simple burger was like shoe leather because it was cooked to death. They have a different view of med then me. Parking lot was across the street.

Acomodação razoável, porém o frigobar dos quartos não gela, se trata de uma pseudo geladeira. Os alimentos que colocamos estragaram! Limpeza deixou muito a desejar!

Although not a great cost, charging for parking in a suburban setting with huge amounts of available parking is ridiculous.

Het was schoon en netjes. Er was een klein winkeltje waar je zelfs extreem vroeg in de ochtend wat lekkers kon halen. Was een perfect na een lange vlucht.

Komfortable Unterkunft, im urbanen Nirwana von Miami, ok für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Man schläft ruhig (Fenster lassen sich auch nicht öffnen).

Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant sollte man meiden, tw völlig geschmacksbefreit (Tee, Oatmeal, Milchkaffee). Bepreisung des Frühstücks bei der inklusive-Option intransparent (man muss a la carte bestellen). Besser im hauseigenen Starbucks einen Kaffee nehmen. Fürs Parken werden nochmal 15 USD berechnet.

The electrical in the nightstands did not work so no lamp and no charging or phones by the bed.

I had to stay here to visit a family Member in the hospital next door. What an amazing location for this purpose. They had a shuttle go back and forth from the hospital, but it was truly a 5 minute walk there so it was so very convenient.

what can I say, we were in a suite which had no glasses, cups, silverware, however, they did have 2 bottles of Evian @ $9.99 each!!

no porter parking $15/day we would have been better off staying in a cheaper property and parked in the hospital parking lot right in front!!!

When I arrived the front desk agent was very nice. The airport sent my luggage to another city so I was not having the best day but when I checked-in at the hotel, the agent told me that my room was upgraded. I didnt know what to expect but the room was great! The agent gave me toiletries for my stay at the hotel. My day turned around because of the great customer service provided during my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I have no complaints or concerns at this time. My stay at the hotel was great. Thank you for making my trip worth it.
