The hospitality was amazing. Everyone was so courteous and polite. Check-in was easy and quick.

Location. Staff was nice.

Carpet is dirty, one of my towels was dirty. I booked an executive king suite and got a regular king room. Shower ceiling has leakage stains. White window shade had stains also

It’s location, Pricing, it’s amenities, the politeness of the staff and their helpfulness to accommodate and attentiveness to customers needs as well as their understanding of hotel policies and customer service and concerns, the kitchen staff was on POINT, the food was DELICIOUS and set up perfectly even for a person like me who is legally blind and recovering from strokes I was easily able to navigate the room the food service area and seating area with no problems and were ready to help if I had any questions or concerns and I really appreciate that, I felt right at home and again the Breakfast food was excellent and I will say I heard a few other people asking for Waffles that were sugar fee or low sugar added and fruit but for me I was satisfied this was our first ever trip to Gulf Shores and my Wife Loretta loved it the hotel and the beach we had a wonderful time staying there We will stay again

I was charge by the 3rd party and paid for it before we got there, checkin and the receptionist charge my card 2 times… I paid $1050 and showed her that I had already paid, never got back with me about charges, when I called that morning she stated she would have mgmt contact me, NEVER happened! When I went to from desk the receptionist that was on duty refunded one of my charges but I kept explaining I was charged TWICE, she said it was going to fall off … well charges still on my card and I am still missing MY money! We get to room, hair in shower, asked for extra pillows and towels and never received, Saturday we killed a worm in room after it was cleaned… only thing good was breakfast… definitely will never stay there again!!
