Filthy, beds had dirt on them, floors were gross. I couldn’t sleep because the door didn’t shut completely.

Barbara was lovely and helpful. I totally appreciated that. But the room itself was FOUL. Barbara offered to move me, but the other room was similarly dirty. She was helpful in providing me with cleaning spray, rags and clean sheets because at that late hour it was my best choice. I also got a refund from the manager, but it took photos and insisting. Should have been offered to me.

The room was absolutely filthy. From the floors to the sink to the microwave to the fridge to the toilet...literally everything except perhaps the bed. Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. It was late and I was too tired to pack back up and move, so I chose to clean what I needed to feel comfortable enough to sleep. I was disappointed that the manager was not more helpful. He told me I could have a refund and leave. At 8 pm, he thinks it's a reasonable choice to have me pack up and hunt for another place because his room was disgusting? I insisted on a refund and that I be allowed to stay. (As debatable a thing that was to do I was just too tired to do otherwise.) He seemed irritated with me. Frankly, I was not the problem.

There was no breakfast offered only coffee

There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor the noise outside my room ALLL NIGHT people running in front of rooms screaming fighting slamming doors Dogs barking in next room it was nearly impossible to sleep but the room was cleaned everyday the tv and air worked good if someone had made the people act right it would have been a nice stay

I was first given a room that was already occupied. Thank goodness the occupant wasn't in the room when I entered. As a small woman traveling alone that was very unsettling. My room was extremely filthy. The white baseboards were practically black with dirt. The bathroom ceiling had mold and the door had various stains. The bed sounded like my 115 lbs would break it. It smelled very musty and stale. There was no ice in the ice machine. I was only there to sleep and out by 5 a.m. and couldn't leave quickly enough. I've stayed in many Motel 6 locations all around the country and this is my only negative review.
