Quirky space with a lot of light in the lobby. The room was small but updated and clean. Continental breakfast and water station were a bonus. The staff was great - very friendly.

The bed was not comfortable, and the shower stall seemed a little dangerous…you had to kind of step over the toilet to get in and out of the shower basin.

The location is unbelievably great. This hotel is a must stay if you're looking for a great price in a great location. Just a 30 minute trolley trip from downtown Boston.

No windows started to get to me after awhile, but I can overlook that. But absolutely no microwave got a bit grating at times.

AC did not work properly and even after maintenance continued to fail

Clean enough. The basic breakfast of pastries and brewed coffee with a fruit or two was nice; the coffee maker in the room was surprisingly good. I most enjoyed the location.

The room had no windows. The building was obviously converted from a prior use, and while open space existed beyond the outward facing wall of the room, no window to open air was installed during the conversion. Perhaps I missed this detail during booking, but it is worth documenting in this review for future potential guests.

Location location location! Also Sonder optimized for current travellers, all basics covered and good internet is a plus. It’s dark but luckily we got a window to the outdoor so that was nice.

It’s just a bit dark but maybe it’s designed for people to just rest and sleep. If they have laundry in the building I will give it 10/10.

Great hotel with friendly staff and space to sit and work. Room was clean, big and comfortable.

Room only had a window towards an indoors hallway, so no natural light at all. Lighting of the room was very dim.

Unusual hotel that looks like a factory and feels like an upmarket hostel. Despite this we enjoyed our stay there, mainly because of the excellent breakfasts and the really nice area around the hotel. Has a nice suburban community feel about the area with lots of shops and restaurants. On a tram line so great access to town and Fenway Park.

Really need another toaster at breakfast so there's no queues all the time. A bit disappointed at staff attitude towards assisting people. room could get a bit stuffy so needed aircon on all the time despite it being so noisy (like most aircon in the US!)

My room was one of many that had NO windows to the outdoors, NO easy way of reaching management or a concierge, almost NO staff available for easy help with an issue, long windowless corridors, no signs of fire alarms, no carts available to bring luggage to room, no easy way to connect to WIFI and make calls or watch tv, staff not very knowledgeable about hotel

Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants.

Room was comfortable, spacious, clean and nicely designed. The location was perfect. Very comfortable bed and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could have provided more fruit and protein.

Location for our purposes (a graduation and location right across the street from my granddaughter's apartment.

When I made my reservation, I thought I was booking a room with two beds. (the photo next to the booking showed two beds.) When I discovered, the night before arrival, a one-bed room, I tried for TWO hours to get SOMEONE to change to two beds. I am 85-years old; my 57 year old son was my roommate; I really didn't want to share a bed with him. Sonder (responsible for every communication I received) told me they couldn't do anything about room changes; I had to do that with whomever booked by stay--purportedly booking.com. I did not have a booking.com account, had never, to my knowledge, booked with them. When I went to their website, they told me to use my password. I didn't have one! And on and on. Anyway...two hours????? And finally, a blessed person! Who could have solved my problem in 2 minutes. Why is it so damned hard to speak to a person??? And, of course, speaking to anyone in the actual hotel: forget that! If you call the hotel number, you get the Sonder website. And that toilet: 14 inches off the floor!! For whom was it designed-a 5 yr. old? If not for the grab bar, I'd still be sitting there! Ridiculous. There is no cold drink machine available anywhere.

Great location, beautiful decor & ambiance. The staff were all incredibly friendly and so helpful. I got into the city a couple hours before check in and they were able to have my room ready early which I greatly appreciated! Also love the texting option with staff during my stay.

The continental breakfast was a bit lacking in options.

Nice stay. They held my bags to the end of the day. Nice continental breakfast. C line stops out front. Trader Joe’s about 120 yds away. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The beds are a pillow top - mine was a bit compressed. No phones. Kleenex box had only one Kleenex. Conditioner bottle inoperable in shower.

Breakfast was just bread. No protein. So it should not be classified as continental.

We loved the design of the facilities - rooms on indoor hallways and abundant comfortable indoor seating (couches and rocking chairs) and comfortable lobby area. Parking available underground (although operated by a separate company and pretty pricey, it seemed comparable with other parking prices and it was super convenient. The staff manning the front desk and the chat feature on the app were always super helpful with any need or question we had!! Located very close to two above-ground T stops (St. Paul's; Kent St) also within walking distance to Coolidge Corner T stop. Walking distance to Trader Joes in one direction and Commonwealth Ave in the other.

I do not know how it is possible, but rooms do not have windows. Let me correct, the only windows that any room has are the windows that look at corridor, and you have to always keep it closed to get some privacy. Moreover, sorry for saying it, but the toilet height is at the height of ankle. The final thing, not the big one but still, check in took quite long. Overall, the room is not too bad, but there are now windows at all, how is it even possible??? You do not have enough air in the room

La ubicación es excelente, al salir del hotel tiene la linea verde del metro/tram y te permite llegar rapidamente a cualquier parte de la ciudad. La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia con todas sus amenidades. El desayuno puede ser un poco limitadoL

Las opciones del desayuno puede ser un poco limitados. Y además repetitivo día tras día Podrían ir rotando el menú, para las personas que pasan más de 2-3 días.

Me olvide mi cargador dentro de la habitación y no me lo devolvieron , no fueron gentiles , lo necesitaba para mi trabajo . Tuve muchos problemas después .
