The room had all the facilities

There were a lot things that made our stay here extremely unpleasant. First off, we were aware that it was a shared bathroom, however we were unaware of the fact that it was going to be shared amongst four other rooms. Not only is that inconvenient but also a major health risk for us. In addition, the location of the property through the website directed us to some place else and we were just roaming around in the taxi from here and there trying to contact someone at the property. When finally we spoke to someone all they did was send us a picture of what the building looks like. No one was at the property to receive us, I understand that may be the policy of the property here but we had to carry eight bags weighing well over 50 lbs all the way up to the fourth floor using the stairs. The room was smaller than we expected and with both of us being tall and big the bed and the room was small. We only stayed here for one full day, and that itself they had carpet changing work going on on our floor. No bathroom usage, all dusty and claustrophobic, we had to leave the room and only come back in the evening. Lastly, when the property was booked, we were not informed about the fact that they would be charging a $500 deposit fee. Without my knowledge, this was done and I had a lot of difficulty spending the rest of time in Boston as I am a student and didn't carry such a massive amount of money. All in all, the stay was absolutely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I will not be booking another property with Booking.com henceforth.

This hotel is near the station and various shops. The room is very clean and comforting for me.

The entrance is a little confusing.

The hosts were very good and provided us with the information for checking-in and the facilities of the accomodation in good time. Great ammenities and room was very clean. The shared bathroom was also clean and the bed was comfortable. St Marys train station was just a short walk away so travelling was easy.
