No es céntrico, pero no es difícil encontrar aparcamiento, cerca a unos minutos hay un parking que está muy bien. Cercanía a una calle principal con restaurantes, centro comercial y supermercados. Para trasladarnos al centro había muchos tipos de transporte. La persona que nos entregó los códigos de acceso al apartamento, Guillermo, muy amable. Nos recibió, nos orientó y nos dió unos consejos para movernos por Lisboa.

El mal olor del apartamento, muy fuerte, desagradable, e indescriptible, que ni con todas las ventanas abiertas desaparecía. La limpieza del apartamento brillaba por su ausencia. Lo siento pero en la limpieza tengo que puntuarla con un -10. Había dos sillones amarillos en el salón que no utilizamos de manchas y suciedad que tenían, vamos que no nos sentamos. Nos cobraban un suplemento de 65 euros por la limpieza que era inexistente. Las paredes super sucias y llenas de manchas negras, miraras para donde miraras, los ventiladores de techo con polvo, pelusas y moho, el baño muy moderno pero con bastante deficiencia de limpieza, acumulación de polvo y moho; la mesa de la cocina llena de grasa, la nevera llena de migas de comida y de huellas, el microondas y el horno grasientos y la alfombra de la habitación con restos de uñas... y por dios las toallas que nos pusieron tenían manchas marrones... Cambiad de limpiadora porque allí hace tiempo que cobra sin limpiar. La limpieza una puntuación de 9 ni de coña. Todo mentira. El piso se corresponde con las fotos pero solo en la distribución.

No air con. Not a problem for us as the building was cool and ceiling fans were effective. A little far from city centre but Uber was only 5-6€ so not a problem.

The apartment is small than it appear in the pictures but it is a very good apartment. The neighborhood is not as charming as other Lisbon neighborhoods, but it is nice. It is close to the LX Factory, but not close enough that you can walk in the sun. I love that they have a washing machine and a ver sunny place to dry the clothes. The owner left soap for the clothes and the dishes, coffe capsules and also soda and water in the refrigerator. That was very nice.

Women (name Madalena) was very rude and angry beacuse we checked in 1 hour later than I mentioned before arrival. 2,5 hours after landing was too long for her. I said i had to wait for bag drop and change my baby but she screamed "I know you! You go out eat and drink on the way and come late!" Apartment is nice but better avoid.

Very well equipped, clean apartment, at a nice location, with good parking option in case you have a (rental) car.

Cozy house on a quiet street with a beautiful view with lots of small extras for the most comfortable stay. Very responsive team answered all our questions quickly. A big plus was a possibility to check in early as we arrived in Lisbon with an early morning flight.

The parking is conveniently located down the road but a tip to other guests would be to try not to leave the car under the trees unless you are planning to take it to the car wash first thing next morning :D

The house is sitting in the middle of the city but in a very quiet place. Beautiful view from the house. Fully equipped for a family stay. Very responsible staff. They respond very fast to your messages.
