Very good location, clean and big apartment

Our apartment was in the 5th floor. The property don’t have any lifts so climbing up and down with and without luggage is difficult.

Ubicación.

El apartamento es aceptable en cuanto a espacio y ubicación. No obstante, la limpieza es muy mejorable, no tiene ascensor y el trato al cliente es tremendamente deficiente. Para empezar, en la entrada al apartamento, no nos enviaron con antelación las instrucciones para el acceso, y aún a pesar de haberles contactado, nunca nos respondieron. Se solucionó cuando llegamos al apartamento y llamamos al número que figura en la puerta, pero la situación nos generó mucha incertidumbre. Además, nos tocó un quinto con ascensor, con unas escaleras empinadas, por lo que desaconsejaría el apartamento para niños y personas con dificultades de movilidad. Lo grave llegó en el momento de dejar el apartamento, ya que nos escribieron diciendo que nos iban a cargar 10€ adicionales por cada una de las dos toallas que dijeron encontrar sucias de maquillaje. Las toallas habían sido usadas de manera totalmente normal, y las manchas que había en las mismas se solucionan con un buen lavado en la lavadora (lo cual dudo que hagan en este establecimiento). Ello por no hablar de que 10€ por toalla es un completo abuso, teniendo en cuenta que este precio posiblemente sea superior al coste de la misma. Adjunto las propias fotografías que desde el establecimiento nos enviaron para justificar el cargo adicional de 20€ (10€ por toalla) en las que se puede ver que las toallas no fueron usadas de manera inadecuada y que solo se trataba de un pretexto para cobrar adicionalmente. Además esta circunstancia en ningún momento se advierte en las condiciones de contratación ni en el propio establecimiento. Esta situación es todavía más frustrante teniendo en cuenta las condiciones de limpieza en las que se encontraba el establecimiento. En definitiva, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa y no recomendaría este apartamento.

WiFi was horrible if you need to work No one cleaned our room and we were there for 3 nights Good thing we are early morning people and the noise in the building is horrible The shower only produced hot water; had to have some one fix it and he mentioned that this happens in other units

4 double flights of stairs up. Bathroom shower did not empty properly and small leak from upstairs.

The shower tap was stuck on bowiling water, we had to call for help in order to have a shower. after 5 days and only after I got to the point of loosing my temper, we got a different apartment with proper tap, imaging going to bed after a long day with no shower. we payed top money via booking and up till now we didnt got any compensation, not even in the shape of free breakfast while we where there. We did not got what we payed for - the ability to shower is the bare minimum. I would never go back there. also in booking it sayes the hotel has reception and laundry.. there was no reception when we arrived and no laundry or laundry service. my first bad review ever :((

Superb location very central, metro station short walkway. Fabulous apartment.

Minor comments..... few hooks in bathroom, fridge needs fixing and securing in kitchen. Optional single beds would be good for kids.

Centrally located close to all restaurants and museums. Property is clear, and has space for the guest. Hosts are very kind and available for help.

The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum and the kitchen cupboard doors are broken. Please note that the bedrooms face a very dark inner court and you may need to keep the curtains closed all the time. We also experienced issues with the shower as water was not flowing down or very slowly and it got stuck in the shower

As soon as I arrived at the property, I asked the responsible for help finding a place to park the car (there is no place to park the car, nor to unload the bags). The host did not help me with my questions.. I had to get information from the nearby (if you are driving, the nearest parking lot is about 1 km away). I arrived at the property and they put me on the 4th floor (the building does not have an elevator - We had to climb 97 steps to go down/up (my daughter fell down the stairs 3 times!)) I was with two people of the 3rd age and 3 children (in my reservation I informed that I would be with 3 children.). We rented two apartments and I spent two days without a shower in one of the apartments (cold water did not work, only hot water, my husband burned his hand as he tried to fix the shower and ended up getting into the pipe), I contacted the owner and he told me that since there were two apartments I already had 1 shower working and that my husband should not have put his hand in the pipe because there was no place to put his hand there). We were without a television the entire stay (there was a problem with the internet connection and they didn't solve it, by the way the internet only worked in the living room, in the rooms there was no signal). Bathroom smelled bad, wrong floor trim, water was pooling in the bathroom and that's why it was full of mold on the walls. The box turned into a swimming pool, very disgusting to take a shower.

Fabulous location, clean, air conditioning worked, mattress was super soft

Few little bits to fix, such as the fridge as it moved when you opened the door so couldn’t have anything on the door side of fridge but easily resolved

The location was excellent. The staff could not have been better or more responsive.

There were a few inconveniences, but nothing that interfered with our stay overall

Great communication with Teresa. She's very helpfull and professional. The appartment is very comfortable. All the e appliance works very well.

The TV didn't work and wifi in the rooms was very poor, but it's not a big deal.

The location was great and the apartment included tall ceilings. The beds were so comfortable!

The bathroom had a relatively strong smell of pee and little black flies were all over the shower (even after killing them, more came back each day).

Great location - in the heart of the old town, close to everything and everywhere. The apartment looks newly painted, very clean and sound proof. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, bedrooms are quiet - easy to sleep. Internet was speedy with excellent coverage in the living room but poor coverage in the bedrooms. Teresa is extremely friendly, smiley, helpful and welcoming host, apartment is big enough for 3 persons (1st bedroom has double bed for 2 persons but the other bedroom is with 1,5 person bed where 2 adults cannot sleep), big bathroom with all amenities, very clean as well, the kitchen space is small but had everything you need to prepare food. It is prepared for 3 persons - glasses and cutlery not enough if you use the dishwasher though. After check-out there is a free storage place - very convenient for us because we had late flight.

We had an issue with the TV - didn’t have signal. We wrote a few times but no one came to fix it or responded at all(neither through booking app nor via text messages). So 5 days we had no TV. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator - the stairs are wooden, steep and a bit slippery - must be very careful when going down. For us was a good fitness but i would not recommend for older or disabled people, or small kids, or big luggage. The sink in the bathroom was clogged from the beginning, so the water couldn’t drain well. There are not enough glasses. From the different types there were either 2 or 3 glasses but not 4 - for example the 3 wine glasses were all different shape and size :). The street is really noisy and when you open the window the noise and shouts are extreme but the windows are very well sound proof so when all the windows are closed is quiet. Bedrooms were from the other side of the building and was really quiet to sleep. Bad view. There are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, only a standing hanger with 3-4 hangers which is not very comfortable - no space for all the clothes and shoes and suitcase In the bathroom there is no place where you can hang your towels. It would be nice if they put some hangers on the wall or on the door
