We stayed here as a family of four with two elementary-aged children and couldn’t have loved it more. The house is beautiful, clean, safe, and loaded with everything you need. Seacrest is perfectly situated on 30A, walkable to restaurants and more. The beach tram was a great bonus, but heads up the wait can get long and they are picky about routes. We will definitely be back!

The house was great! So clean and functional! The whole process with check in and out was great! The only con was the beach access. It was SO busy while we were there and there is zero room on the beach to sit unless you are all the way back by stairs! But it was beautiful and we made the most of it! And there are many other accessible beaches too! Just not as busy as one deeded to the neighborhood. 10/10 for house tho!

Love the area and ease of getting around. Second year staying here and will be back.

This is our 5th summer we’ve stayed in Seacrest, different vacation homes each time, so we have some variety of experience. This was a great home - well furnished and supplied. Property management was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. A great home for a single family - perfect location, beautiful, and affordable.

We had a great time during our stay at here. The location was perfect, and the property was ideal for our young family of four. Everything within the property was clean and convenient, as we had all we needed for a week at the beach. The hosts were very responsive to our questions leading up to and during our stay. I love 30a. This is an adorable neighborhood. House is perfect for four people and neighborhood is great for small children.

We loved the beautiful condo! Very comfortable stay and appreciated the fact that we didn’t need to rent a car. We relied on the bikes ( provided by the condo) and the tram to get to the beach and of course a short walk to the pool. Not to mention many great shops and restaurants within walking or biking distance! We will definitely be back!

The home is everything the listing shows. The neighborhood is close to the beach and the stores. We booked it again for next year!

Long time no sea was a great spot to spend a week as a family of three. There was everything we needed for our toddler, and for making meals at “home”. The bikes were an added bonus during a somewhat cold and overcast week. Thank you, Tina!

We had the best time at this vacation home! We took a mother daughter trip right after thanksgiving and despite the rainy weather, we had a fantastic time! We always stay in this area because of the beautiful neighborhood, close beach access, gigantic pool, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is extremely clean and cozy! We bought pizza dough from Publix and made homemade pizzas and crafted Christmas cards one night. Property managers are easy to communicate with and the rental has everything you need! Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful property along 30a! Great location and home to stay in while vacationing. Lots of great spots within walking/bike riding distance and short drives to grocery stores. Everything you need for your beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here for first family vacation of a family of three. My 2.5 year old stayed in the guest room and my husband and I had the primary. The primary had a tub in the connected bathroom, but no shower. We also noticed after about 5 minutes in the bath that it was leaking, so we could not use. I notified the Property Manager immediately and we did not use it the rest of the week. If our daughter was younger I think this would have been more inconvenient, but it was a very easy thing to shower with her instead. The guest room had a shower, but no tub. The community is the best we’ve ever stayed in. It felt very homey and safe. We loved looking at the houses and walking around to the shops close by. We stayed the last week of September and after we got there, we realized it was fall break for Georgia (there were sooooo many teenagers! So loud and up super late at night. We also saw a handful of them being disrespectful in a few restaurants and hitting trash cans over.) so next time we will avoid that week and plan for second or third week of September. The beach - we loved it, the water was gorgeous and wonderful. The only thing that was a bummer was space. From 9-5 there are rentals available, so there is a very small space for families from seacrest to sit. We also brought a small half moon tent for our toddler and they made us take it down. If you’re heading here, bring an umbrella, they are allowed. The pool was so nice and great!

I’ve been coming to the PC Beach area for years, but never stayed on 30A. Let me tell you, Seacrest Beach is my new favorite place! The house itself was absolutely perfect. It was so nice and clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. Plenty of room, and just super comfortable. The neighborhood itself was just amazing. Beautiful homes, and very safe. We rode bicycles many times during our stay, and never felt unsafe, even at night. I had my two children, and they loved the house, bikes, and the ginormous pool. The tram to the beach was a very nice touch as well, although the beach is easily in walking distance. We loved riding the bikes around the town and also to neighboring Rosemary And Alys Beach areas. There are so many shops and restaurants that are walkable and definitely easy to bike to. This will be our new vacation spot from here on out! The property manager is very responsive as well. Cannot love this place enough!

We had a great vacation in Seacrest Beach. The proximity to Rosemary, Alys, and the heart of Seacrest made walking or biking easy and fun. The pool was just a quick 2-3 minute walk which was really nice with a baby in tow. We could always find close parking to the house. The included bikes got a lot of use from us! The only downside for us was the remodeled primary bathroom not including a shower - it was just a minor inconvenience to go to the first floor to shower, though we did appreciate having the bathtub for our 16 month old! Overall, we had a great trip and hope to be back next summer!

The house was the perfect size and in the perfect location to do all the things in 30a! We spent the week with our two little kids so it was important we were close to pools and beaches while being able to get back for naps. We loved that the house had a highchair and pack n play already there. Made traveling with little kids much easier. If we needed anything, Ray was so attentive and went the extra mile to ensure we had amenities needed for the trip. This house would be perfect for a small family or two couples. Can’t wait to come back!

We had another great vacation at Long Time No Sea. Tina is a great host and was very responsive. The house is located walking distance to stores, the pool and to Seacrest beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had cooking utensils we used to cook almost daily. Seacrest community is very laidback and family oriented. My kids didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful unit, extremely clean, fantastic community. Definitely recommend bicycle rides to local shops and bfast/dinner. We travel a lot, usually for our kids athletic events but were able to enjoy a weekend off in this wonderful unit. We will definitely be back.

We have visited 30A over the past 3 years with the accommodations at Long Time No Sea being my favorite. Check-in was easy and the home was clean and well equipped. There was a lot of attention to detail and some sweet “extras” that were so appreciated. The bikes which came with the rental were also very nice to have. Short walk to the pool and tram stop! We will definitely return!

Tina's house was perfect for our family of 4. Great location within Seacrest for getting to the pool and beach. The house itself was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The bikes on property were an added plus that we got a lot of use out of. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Long Time No Sea beach house. It was perfect for our vacation. We loved the short walk to the pool and the shuttles to the beach! The bikes were also a great addition!

Nice property in a great community with a great location. Everyone was very nice. We arrived unexpectedly early and were easily able to get a temporary code to be able to get right into the property before official check in.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect size and clean. Great location in proximity to beaches and dining. Would recommend.
