Nice location with river views

The cottage was lovely and in a great location for Inverness and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again if visiting that part of Scotland in the future.

There was an unpleasant smell on the kitchen particularly in the corner near the microwave. We bought a Skye scented candle which effectively masked the smell when lit, but the smell persisted.

Check in and check out was very smooth.. Beds were very comfortable,bathroom was very clean..it had all facilities.. Location was superb..

just increase check out time as 10am is early...

A great location to visit the lovely city of Inverness. We were visiting for the Loch Ness marathon and it provided a great base and was good value for money.The apartment was well equipped, warm and clean. WiFi, useful info and netflix good additions. Owners responsive to questions. Lovely views from the main bedroom and lounge over the river.

Some of the furniture and decor looks dated but a minor point that didn't really bother us. I would recommend this place.

The apartment was lovely, the views were amazing. Perfect central location, easy walking distance from the town and train station. Wonderful river view ! Clean, nicely finished apartment. We really felt at home there.

We had a squabble about who would get the fantastic up stairs room with the view!

Location excellent as very central to Inverness centre. Lots of space in accommodation.

Slightly run down for price. Property cold and quilts for beds were low tog therefore cold at night. it would be good if there was a thicker quilt. It would also be nice for a small welcome pack for kitchen. apart from that had a lovely stay.

Location wise, we couldnt have asked for a better place. The hosts had left us a parking permit with which we could park just across the apartment. We really loved the fireplace in the living room and had a lot of fun there. They also have a small work /study table in the living room which was extremely helpful since some of our group were working for a part of the our visit there. The view of the Ness river from the master bedroom was a sight to behold !

The wifi download speed was only 5 MBPS which was much slower than we anticipated. We had to rely on our personal mobile data plans to stay connected. The water pressure in the master bedroom ensuite was non-existent. The living room did not have any modern heating other than the fireplace. The master bedroom only had a small mirror and the vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom were awkwardly designed meaning that we kept bumping our heads on the unexpectedly low ceilings.

Fabulous location and views and great communication and information provided by the owner. The property itself is a wonderful size (we travelled as a group of 6), comfortable and well equipped. We only had a 1 night stay but would not hesitate to book the same accommodation for a future stay and to recommend it to other people. There was free parking directly in front of the property by use of a parking permit that was in the property for us.
