Friendly staff, great location right near the train station.

Close to train station and staff were friendly.

Looked like bathroom door had been punched and there was blood on staircase bannister.

Great place the room was very clean andntye bed for very comfy and the staff were very nice and friendly.

No convenient parking !. No lift ,only stairs and very difficult with suitcases... !

When I arrived I called the number and was directed to my room. However, when I was showering 3 times a man tried to enter. The 3rd time he kicked on the door shouting. When I left the bathroom, there was a strange man wandering around in the hall. That was it for me, I started to pack to leave, whilst doing so, someone tried the handle of my room door! I called a friend and made them remain on the phone whilst I left the building. I met that strange man in reception and still have no idea who he was? I was in flight mode and got the hell out of there

Really friendly staff and helpful if needed.

Facilities were not to good. No plug in sink. No small toiletries. A lot of little things missing that you get in most hotels and BnBs. This is basically a stopover place for travelers to get there heads down for the night. Was not good value for the prices they are charging. But clean and tidy. Just dont expect too much.

Location was great

Young lad on reception was rude. Room hadn’t been cleaned, noodles on the floor, hair in sink/shower. so moved room. No one on reception and number they left didn’t work, no towels or cups in new room so had to get in touch again, curtain falling down so let in street lights.

is a budget place. things were not in great repair. it was very loud on a Saturday night - but quite on a Sunday & Monday. bedding was clean but tattered. good wifi in the lobby but didn’t have any in our room.

Do not stay here. We had to leave and book ourselves into another hotel as we could not sleep here. Rooms are filthy and unsafe. Locks on doors are not secure, carpets are not clean and looked to have mold on them. Shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom, a hairball came up from the drain and the shower had black mold on the tiles. Bedding was torn and stained. Curtains were half hanging off the rail. Screws protruding from the walls and doors. No emergency escape information anywhere in the room which is legally required. We have tried to claim a refund and they refuse to provide one despite the fact the facilities they provide violate several laws.

Only one really good about this hotel - its location in the center of the Inverness.

Very dirty room! A shower in my bathroom didn't work at all, there were some stuff which had been broken and there was a fungus on the wall! I understand that I have been there not in a season, but I paid for it and I wanted to have a normal rest

Staff are super friendly, very accommodating. Second stay here and will definitely stay again.

1. Shower doesn't drain water so the water just fills up quickly, unable to shower in room 14. 2. Too noisy to sleep due to clubs outside on a Saturday. Better windows would help. 3. No cups for tea and coffee 4. Only one side of the bed has plug sockets so was unable to use laptop from the other side. And had to ask partner to turn side lamp on as the switch was on their side. 5. There's no mattress protector 6. There are cobwebs on the ceiling by room 14 above the stairs.. disgusting.

The location of the property was good, close to the historical sights and the transportation.

Room wasn’t cleaned well, with dirty floor and bed sheets looking unwashed. Bathroom didn’t have hot water in the shower and no hanger to put anything, was also very small. It was difficult to sleep as you could hear the people on the street. There was no one at the reception and no stuff available.

Filthy carpets in rooms and lobby. Stains on bed. Radiator hanging off wall. Bathroom an animal would repulse at. Walls so thin you can hear word for word your fellow guests are saying. No locks on front doors at night. Freezing rooms. Doors bang so loud you'd think bullets are going off all nighy. I would rather sleep in the street and stay here again. Wish i took photos to present to any potential guest

Fantastic Location. Generous number of tea and coffee sachets, but no spoons were provided.

1. Where room was relatively clean, there were stains on cushions and walls. 2. Loud music coming from a nightclub nearby up until 3am made it difficult to sleep. 3. No signage on walls about location of the rooms - corridors were simply a maze. 4. Shower had a black mould. 5. There were two lamps (apart from main light) but one didn’t have a bulb and the other was impossible to find the switch.

Ideal central location.

But not on a Saturday night with so much loud music nearby and could not get any sleep.

Bedding was stained ,guy on reception not interested,said he was very tired ....Worst room we have ever had ,have had many stays here but this was worst experience ...Would like to raise concerns for the guy on reception ,took him over half hour to check us into our room.I had to go look for him in the end . Would like a acknockledgement of this complaint

The man on the desk was nice and it was only a short distance from the bus station

The sheets were stained. It smelt like weed. There were stains on the walls. The bathroom was very unclean and shower door was mouldy
