Staying at Paula’s little hideaway was an absolute pleasure. The little studio had everything you need from the comfy cosy bed, well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom to the little courtyard.
Paula is the most generous of hosts who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and makes sure you have everything you need. If we come back to Byron in the future our first choice will be back at this gorgeous little pad.
Couldn’t recommend this little hideaway enough.

The place was amazing me and my partner enjoyed sooo much bath tub was awesome! Also when in the bathroom it felt like you were in nature so pretty ! Paula was so easy to contact and so helpful in so many ways i would highly recommend this to anyone and again thank-you paupa

This property is exactly as described. It is lovely and peaceful with everything that you need. Paula is an attentive host who had suggestions of things to do and was available whenever we had a query. The location is great - it is a short walk to the beach, the centre of town and all the restaurants.

This is a gorgeous private studio with lovely tropical courtyard. Probably the most beautiful bathroom view you could wish for. Very well appointed with quality fittings and accessories. Nice welcoming touches of flowers and snacks etc.

Honestly, I could talk all day about our experience at this cute little oasis.
Absolutely incredible. A Byron & Bali-esque paradise. We went for our anniversary & it was pure perfection. So romantic, elegant, unique & special.
This would also be an amazing location for a personal photoshoot, with the encapsulating lighting in the glass bathroom, there’s mini reflective rainbows everywhere 😍 & outdoor tub.
Perfect distance from the main hub of Byron whilst also super quiet for a peaceful sleep.
Could not recommend this place enough.

We have just had the most amazing week at Byron Bay staying in this gorgeous studio. The property is so close to the town centre and beaches so we didn’t need to use our car but just a hop skip and a jump to the many bike tracks. The space was so private and had everything we could have needed for our stay. The bathroom and outdoor bath area was so beautiful and we referred to it as our Garden of Eden. Paula was the most wonderful host and went out of her way to ensure our stay was special. I can’t recommend this property highly enough and we can’t wait to stay there again.

From the time of booking months prior to our vacation to after we checked out, Paula was the most incredible host. The award winning architecturally designed unit is private and beautiful. Everything we needed for a weeks stay was included, and it was freshened up and new towels provided every 3 days.
The outside bathtub was bliss after a day on the beach and in the surf.
Very comfortable, very quiet, very private.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable with nothing stressful about the entire experience.
The location of the property is perfect, far enough away that it was extremely quiet but close enough that anywhere we needed to go around Byron was only a short walk away.
With a comfy bed a nice shower and the overall vibe of the studio apartment had a free but private feel to it surrounded by nature.
Other than the bin under the sink being a little bit dirty and the door locks being slightly loose (nothing to major)
I would highly recommended this to any couple wanting a beautiful weekend away in Byron

Great facilities, amazing outdoor area and bath, owner provided everything we needed. We had an awesome timing chilling at the studio. The town centre and main Beach were a short stroll away. Only improvement I could suggest was the possibility of a late check out.

We went back to Byron for our 20 year anniversary, even though it rained all weekend we really enjoyed our stay the unit was cosy and self contained and most of all very private, it was also very close to everything we required. 10/10

Beautiful Byron Bay Studio
We could not have been happier staying here for a week after our wedding in Byron Bay. The studio had everything you could want for a medium to long term stay as well. The outdoor bath and glass wall bathroom are amazing. I dare say we'll be back again. And the location is perfect, quiet side of town but now that the new bus station is open, there is a direct link into the main street. Paula was a great host and we highly recommend a stay here.

Beautifully done studio close to the heart of Byron
Buhwi Bira Studio exceeded our expectations. Beautifully designed, super clean and tidy on our arrival, and decked out with everything we needed for our stay in Byron Bay. Loved the outdoor bath, and the bathroom area with floor to ceiling windows out to the courtyard area was something else.
The studio is a short 5 minute stroll to the main street of Byron, and not much further to the beach.
Paula was great to deal with, and was very helpful giving tips on places to see, things to do, and great sports to eat out at.
We highly recommend this studio for a romantic get away for a couple, can't get much better.

Perfect way to celebrate a big birthday in Byron Bay. Buhwi Bira is lovely in all ways. It feels like a home away from home. Everything you need is provided and Paula is a great host.

Great location for experiencing Byron the right way

Secluded little tranquil villa
A lovely little getaway for my partner and I. We fell in love with the bathroom and the outside bath. It’s a secluded little villa to hide away in after the fun of Byron bay. Only a 5min walk to town and the beach. Highly recommend this villa to couples.

Tranquil oasis
We were lucky enough to stay at this relaxing abode for 9 wonderful nights and what a blissful romantic experience! The garden is just divine, we loved the bathroom design so much it has inspired our own bathroom plans. The abundance of light, high ceilings added to how enjoyable it was. Loved the remote controlled ceiling blinds. All details taken care of by friendly Paula whom advised us of all the local markets and festivals and was so accommodating. Everything we needed and so much more. Thanks so much for a truly memorable holiday!

Great location, short walking distance to Main Street. Had everything we needed.. bed really comfy and the bathroom was just beautiful... had an outdoor bath as soon as I arrived and was one of the highlights of my stay... only stayed one night but very enjoyable... would love to go back again..

We stayed in Buhwi Biri for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! It was very clean, wonderful mix of indoor/outdoor living and perfect location in relation to the beach & shops. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We didn't want to leave!!

My partner and I loved this place and had a very enjoyable stay. The amazing garden, and modern bathroom looking out into the garden, and everything you need for a stay in Byron. Close to everything, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. An amazing bathroom and outdoor bathtub surrounded by an amazing garden and very comfy bed!

Amazing mini break
We have just returned from 2 nights in the gorgeous Buhwi Bira studio and I cannot speak highly enough of this lovely accommodation! Paula was a great host who went out of her way to make our stay great, even accommodating our very early checkin. Her communication was quick and her information on the property was very thorough, all our questions were answered promptly. The studio itself is a little oasis in the heart of Byron. Like others have said, don't be fooled by outward appearances, the inside is amazing! The bathroom is stunning and although very open, is still private. Loved the fact that we didn't need to hire a car, walking was no trouble as it is very close to the Main Street and beach. Would have no hesitation in returning for another stay and recommending the property to family and friends, a great find! Thanks Paula!
