I rented this house for my wife's birthday with some friends. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and easy arrival instructions as well. One of the coolest things about this property were the bedrooms. This residence is great for larger gatherings. I personally loved the quietness of the neighborhood and the casita in the back. Definitely recommend.

We had the best time! We had the house for a whole month:) We had a large group -coming and going throughout the month -ages 1-73. There was lots of room for everyone. My parents had their motorhome parked there for extra space. And it was perfect.
The pool was amazing! The outdoor space was big enough for all of us to hang out, play cornhole (we brought our own) dance, throw the football, sit by the fire, laugh, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and big enough for all of us. The kitchen was large and the new appliances (delivered while we were there) were great! We only wished for a larger refrigerator. In a house that accommodates 14 people, you need a LARGE refrigerator, or an extra one in the garage.
The owner-Carlos-was very easy to communicate with if we had any problems.
We loved our time in Havasu. And we can’t wait to go back!

The property was just as described and same as in pictures. Beds were comfortable and home was in great shape with all you need for a relaxing stay. Communication with the owner was constant and quick replies to any and all questions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking!

House is very clean and Nice in a very good Neighborhood. Our Kids and family had fun. Its very near with in 5-10 min drive to all fun activities , groceries and restaurants. Carlos & Jenny and very nice people. Kind to help us with all the details and answered all our questions. They went above and beyond to help us with the EV charging problem as well. When we come back to the city we will sure book this house.

The house was perfect for all of us! We traveled from Colorado and some family from California met up with us and they brought their boat. It was only 5 minutes to lake Havasu. Great location and wonderful hosts! I’ll definitely book this again!

Great space for groups
We stayed 5 nights at property. Layout was really ideal for large groups with everyone having their own bedroom and bathrooms. Would recommend more coffee mugs as there were only 6. Also would recommend more toilet paper as we ran out of all that was left within three days and there were only 6. Also because I look at reviews, I thought I would mention that the cost of heating the pool is between 120 and 150 a day. That was a shock and added expense we hadn't planned on. Owners were very responsive to minor issues that came up. Overall we would recommend.

Having rented frequently throughout the years we felt as a Group that the Quaity of this home needs attention for the fee.
Rusty fry pans, poor utensils, zero landscaping, dirty worn carpets , ant problems around pool, lack of adequate towels, master bed broken with poor mattress

Comfortable stay
Had a great time with my friends at this place. The beds were all so comfy rooms were spacious and so clean. A group of 12 of us fit so comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was great.
We really got to enjoy the space and enjoy the pool. If you and your family are considering booking this place, it’s definitely worth it!

The house was great! The house is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Loved the view from the back yard and the pool. We were about 10 minutes from the marina which made it very convenient. Havasu Friends Gathering
Some of our friends wanted to get together and bring our boat to the Desert Storm Poker Run April 2021. We had three couples and two singles. We had plenty of room. Kitchen was stocked with the necessities. They do not have an ice maker in the fridge which was the only bummer but they had room for bags of ice in the freezer. We would sty here again the property was in great shape and plenty of parking on driveway and on the street. We had our boat at rented dock but you can park your boat in truck in driveway if you wanted to. The response from the owner on questions was prompt.

This house was awesome to accommodate all of our needs. We had 13 people and all of us loved it. The kids loved the pool and played volleyball. This location was great too. Family vacay
My family and I stayed for 4 days (month of august) 9 adults , 4 kids. Very nice home, very comfortable and roomy for all of us. Pool was clean (til a minor mansoon hit) owners were very attentive to my calls. If there were any issues , they were minor, nothing that affected our stay. The only complaint I would have is the freezer didn't freeze anything. (Time for an upgrade) overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this home to friends and family. And wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Perfect set up
Fit my family perfect to have adults and young kids in the main house and older kids in the pool house. The pool was amazing!!! Plenty of seating and room for our group of 12. Host were very attentive and had quick responses to any questions. We will definitely book this house again.
