No instructions for the air-conditioning unit and I rang and sent a text message to the owner who did not respond until the day after I checked out. Better response time from contacting owner should be provided.

we didn’t realize that the property was private owned and not managed by then oaks hotel chain. The crockery was chipped and was mismatched. The 2 wine glasses were different sizes. The kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses need to be updated. It was disappointing that the pool was closed and has been so since August.

this is designed for 4 people but only two wine glasses, two champs glasses and crockery in some instances is old and should be replaced. another key would be good for when there are two couples staying together

Ideally located with excellent sea views and close proximity to every thing.

Location was good, view from balcony was out to the working area of the harbour. Always interesting. Faced East so had morning sun and could sit outside for breakfast. If I came to Darwin again would happily book here again.

Tiles in shower very slippery, needs non slip mats. Would be helpful to have user guides on some of the appliances, ie washing machine.

Washing machine could do with a service, difficult to close the door to get the machine to run.
