Hacienda del Mar # 1 è una confortevole casa di città situata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Questa è la casa vacanza ideale per tutta la famiglia di godere! È mezzo isolato dal ristorante Blackbeards, a due isolati dall'ufficio postale e tre isolati dal cinema e una nuova rampa di navigazione pubblica entro un miglio dalla proprietà. La townhouse presenta internet wireless ad alta velocità, due (2) TV LED a schermo piatto (il televisore del salotto è una smart TV da 65 pollici), divani componibili in pelle / reclinabili, ripiani in piastrelle di ceramica, lavatrice / asciugatrice, aria centrale.
Potrete trascorrere la giornata di relax in spiaggia, e il pomeriggio o al semiprivato piscina o su uno dei ponti / balcone affacciato sulla strada o sulla piscina.
Il Patio dispone anche di una griglia per barbecue e di un bancone da bar dove gustare un rinfresco a bordo piscina.

Hacienda del Mar #1 was great! Very clean and had nice touches like an extra fan, dehumidifier, and an accessible garage. Check-in and checkout were easy and no hassle. Host was available if we had any needs. Great balconies and nice pool area. My family and I enjoyed our stay in this nice part of the island with a great host.

Me and my family enjoyed the stay. We spent most of the time at beach and it’s very close by. Only thing to note is the steps are steep and easy to skip with wet feet so if any elderly people are coming please make sure to walk slowly on steps.

According to previously reviews, I could experience improvements in the property. They have now a de-humidifier, so no more musty smell!!! The house was very clean and they provide all the kitchen utensils. Contacting the manager was easy and he answered after few minutes. The location is perfect. Short walk distance to the beach.

For the most part the stay was good. The house was clean but there was a stale smell to it. Hot water didn't work the best. But for the money and location it was a good stay. Wish the house had some updated amenities.

The house was great and was just like the listing! The only issue was that the upstairs room had a dirty sheets and the spa outside had no water. Other than that the stay was great!

House had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Close to everything, outside shower, and refreshing pool. Well- stocked kitchen where we were able to make several meals at home and sit at the beautiful glass top table as a family. Great place!

Hacienda Del Mar was a nice place to stay. Townhome was nice and comfortable to stay in. The listing should mention steep steps. One of our party members struggled with climbing up and down. Overall, good place for the value.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. However, it really could use some updating and painting! We have no other complaints. The owners were very helpful, accommodating and always available for questions!

Nice and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious, we loved how close to the beach and restaurants we were. The children enjoyed swimming while the adults cooked on the grill and relaxed by the pool. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely return.

We loved our stay! We enjoyed everything that south padre had to offer. The children loved the pool area! We relaxed on the many balconies! We look forward to returning!

Perfect!
This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. The home is a short walk to the beach, we really enjoyed ourselves here. The home was very clean and bigger than I envisioned. We will look into this townhome again! Thank you guys.

The place was great! However, the a/c was not up to the task..... Warm and restless nights for all in my group & my self..... Other than that, it was GREAT!
