This was an overall great stay. The property was conveniently placed and it was easy to get to where we needed. It was very clean and cozy. Would recommended to anyone looking in that area. Our dogs had a great stay as well.

Absolutely great property and vacation rental! It was the right amount of space for my husband and I and our 2 children. We were very close to the beach, which we visited daily. We were able to walk or run in the neighborhood, visit local restaurants like Hub Stacey's and Paul's pizza. This was a great property to stay at. Booking, check in, and check out were very easy. We highly recommend Grotto Getaway.

Very small townhome. Comfortable beds and great hot water and water pressure.
Just right for two or three people. Nearby to beaches and playground. The neighborhood is very quiet. Backyard is a little scruffy but it’s to be expected at springtime.
Gas grill works great.

We loved the townhouse. It*s close to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. and not too far from the beach. It is clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of items in case you forget something. Backyard is fenced and our dog loved roaming around out there.
We had a great time and look forward to coming again soon.

The Grotto Family Getaway was the perfect place for us. It was close to everything, in a quiet neighborhood, and our sweet fur baby, Odie, got to tag along. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything you need is there & the host, Gregg answered all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a great beach trip to Perdido Key!

All reviews were spot on. Very satisfied, unit was as advertised, was fully stocked with all you would need. Very clean, great water pressure, would definitely stay there my next trip to Perdido Key even if we do not take our dog. I do have one issue though, master bed center post is a toe stumper, took me 3 times to remember. 👍

Very quiet neighborhood and nearby to beaches and tourist areas.
Weather was a little cooler in March but the Gulf Shores and Pensacola had many restaurants and festivals. About a mile down the road Hub Stacy’s restaurant was a fun place to grab breakfast snd lunch.
The point restaurant also had great meals and entertainment. There is great shopping in neighborhood in foley Alabama.
We were at the rental for 35 nights and will be returning next year. So much to do and see.

This has to be the cleanest and most beautiful rental I have ever rented. Everything looked new. The decor was tastefully done and everything was spotless. We really loved the double balcony and patio as well. However weather was unusually cold and we did not spend anytime outside. The leather reclining couch was a godsend. It made our cold weekend a little brighter by allowing us to curl up as a family and watch some Willow episodes on Disney +. Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable.

We needed a place to stay with our two dogs while our new home was being completed. Everything we wanted was here. The location is perfect for the beach and shopping is close by. Nice quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and well equipped.

My wife and I staid nine days and fell in love with this quiet peaceful place. Gregg was easy to speak with and answered all our questions. There is a quaint fenced in back yard that we spent a lot of time grilling and just enjoying the beauty of it. We were close to everything. It’s a short drive to the beach which we did not mind. We went almost every day. We were so impressed with our stay we told all our friends and family about it in hopes they come stay here and enjoy it as much as we did. We will most definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The back yard was so helpful with our dogs. Very spacious and clean. Lots of nice extras in case you forgot anything. Close to restaurants and public. Beach access at Johnson Beach not far at all. Only thing was front bedroom may need darker curtains due to the street light being so bright and shinning into the room at night. But that was really the only thing I can think of I would change!

We loved staying at this location, super clean and quiet and also very close to everything you could ever need. Loved that there is a small backyard for our dog and the owner had everything you could need in a pinch stocked in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location, quiet neighborhood, close to public beach access
We had an amazing 4 days at Perdido Key Beach. This property is a short drive to public access to a beautiful uncrowded beach, and lots of good food and shopping. Whatever you need or forgot when you packed is really close by. We were looking for fun, sand, and surf, and a comfortable place to relax after being beat up by the waves, and we got all of that with this property.

A Great Stay
We took our children for the first time to Perdido Key and staying at Oak Court did not disappoint! It is exactly like the pictures, but better once you get there. Gregg is kind enough to provide everything that you will need for a holiday and even things that one doesn't remember to pack along.
We also took our dog so having a garden in the back is a great addition. There are even poo bags for your use!
Overall, my family and I had a lovely stay at Oak Court.

Cute, clean townhouse for a nice getaway
We had a wonderful experience renting the property from beginning to end. The booking process was easy as well as check-in. The property is exactly as described online. It is very clean and feels like home. It was a nice quiet place to come back to after being on the beach all day. We look forward to staying again sometime! Thanks for a great vacation!

It was like being at home
Of the 16 years I have adulted this was the best rental I have stayed in. It was very clean and easy to keep clean with two children and a husband. I hate places with trinkets and figurines all over the place, decor in this rental was on the wall and minimal . It was cute too! My kids could have done cartwheels around the place. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, the shower was spacious, and the hot water allowed for the whole family to their own personal showers without running out of hot water. No buddy system...haha! The location was about 5 minutes from a very clean and pleasant public beach that had bathrooms, grills, and multiple huge pavillions. Pretty cool I have never seen a public beach so inclusive. The location is not near any major shopping malls, but it is 2 minutes from a Publix, Burger King, and CVS. It is seconds away from a cute playground with pavillions. There was hardly any traffic and we went up to the day before the 4th of July.

When we initially arrived, I was doubting the accuracy of previous reviews, but was pleasantly suprised. This townhome feels like home. Clean and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It's a short drive to beaches and restaurants. We would stay again.
