Taha und Elnouby waren beide super freundlich, haben uns gut beraten, eine Überraschungsgeburtstagstorte für meinen Freund organisiert und mir geholfen eine Ballonfahrt zu organisieren und Touren zu den Tempeln. Sie waren beide sehr bemüht es uns schön zu machen, haben viel nach Feedback gefragt und sind uns entgegen gekommen, wenn wir etwas zu bemängeln haben. Tolle Dachterasse und leckeres Essen!

Wir haben erst vor Ort realisiert, dass die Touren zu den Tempeln ohne Guide waren und auch wenn wir wie von Elnouby vorhergesagt keinen Guide vermisst haben, hätten wir die Fahrten im Endeffekt lieber selbst organisiert. Mit Taxi und Taxiboot, wären wir günstiger davon gekommen. Ausserdem könnte man Fahrräder ausleihen und zu einigen tempeln radeln! Von der Option zu wissen hätten wir auch super gefunden. Zu guter Letzt: lasst euch nicht zum Crocodile Island bringen! Eine furchtbare Touristenfalle: es gibt Affen, ein Krokodil und einen Strauss in viel zu kleinen lieblos gekachelten Käfigen. Wir wurden super schnell durch geführt, sollten ein Babykrokodil halten für ein Foto was wir verweigerten, und im Nachhinein ein Ticket zahlen.

3泊の間、Wi-Fiは一切使えませんでした。

That a guy would knock on every door, every morning asking guests if they wanted their room cleaned. This was bazaar and too much.

Really good value stay, great location for exploring the West Bank as well as for going to the east bank by boat. The host was really helpful in arranging tours for us that ensured we made the most of our time in Luxor, which were well delivered (in particular the excellent driver) and at a competitive rate.

Lovely for sunrise and sunset and watching Nile activities. Quiet place to stay with lots of local cafes close by including an excellent vegetarian restaurant. Close to the public ferry. Rooftop seating and dining area provided a relaxing space again, with great Nile views. The host was very happy to share and assist in our plans. Very convenient to major sights ie Valley of the Kings/Queens.

We were four flights up which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for others (no lift). Worth mentioning if so, when booking.

Taha and his team were absolutely wonderful with us, the food was amazing, best food we ate in Egypt !! Everything was clean and functional. It is very well located on the western bank or Luxor. From the rooftop, we can see the Nile of course, but also Karnak and the mountains. Amazing view indeed. We slept well, ate well, felt well. We had a guide but even if we hadn't, Taha was ready to help us and give us good advices. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Location near public ferry is possibly the best on West Bank. Ferry costs 7.50 EGP, but there's no timetable nor price information - just give exact amount and continue walk or ask for a change (tell how much). Roof terrace is really nice, the same like a view from it. Coffee and tea served on terrace is another nice thing. Like everywhere you can hear some mosque but hear it's not loud and, in general, it's quite quiet.

It's a new building or it was renovated not long time ago and I still think there's a lot of things to fix/improve, at least in the room I stayed. First, the wardrobe is too big for such a small room and it is difficult to unfold the suitcases. Also, there are no hangers. You have to struggle with the shower door. And there is no shelf in the bathroom.

Falafel and the hospitality

Great location on the West Bank! The hosts, Taha and Elnouby, are excellent and were really helping in advising me on where to go, what to do and things to watch out for. The view from the rooftop is beautiful as well. I had dinner there twice and it was great both times! 10/10 on everything.

The one downside is there is no elevator so if you are unable to walk upstairs, you'll need to make sure you are on the ground flood apartment.

Se fue la luz durante unas horas en toda la orilla del rio, la ubicación te obliga a tener que cruzar el nilo en barca cada vez que quieras ir al centro.

Hosts are very friendly, flexible and helpful through all the time since Taha contacted us on Whatsapp before arriving and during the trip. Room is big enough with good size of terrace to chill and separate toilet and shower. AC is new and hot water is available in shower. It has a feeling of hostel with the rooftop to chill, enjoy the view and the conversations. Few restaurants nearby also can order from the host and small shop for drinks and snacks just in front of the property.

A little disfunction of shower, no bath towel but small carpet, no water bottle provided and not a really comfort pillow. But these are just information for someone who likes to be prepared. Our feeling towards this property is lovely!

Der Gastgeber, Tahar, und seine Angestellten waren unglaublich nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder haben sich alle erkundigt wie es uns geht, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir Wünsche haben. Unternehmungen wurden durch Tahar ganz schnell und unkompliziert organisiert. Der Blick auf den Nil, in die andere Richtung in die Berge war wunderschön. Auf der Terrasse konnte man ganz tolle Sonnenauf- und untergänge beobachten.

Beim Essen könnte es etwas mehr Abwechslung geben.

Nähe zum Zentrum ... Bootsanleger an der Unterkunft ! Vermieter kümmert sich um seine Gäste ! Schöner Blick auf den Nil von der Dachterasse !

Unpleasant smell in the bathroom but got fixed after request, soap dispenser did not work (just a small thing), mattress was a bit to hard but still okay, one pillow was too thick so me and my partner shared one

We like all. The guest was perfect. We did activities with him and we enjoy it a lot. We will repeat it. The breakfast was delicious.

Everything was just perfect, the rooms were clean, Ahmed and Taha were both very very helpful, no matter what we needed, we could ask them anytime! The location was great and the view from the rooftop was just incredible. The hotel is located right across the Nile, so we could get on the boat immediately and didn’t have to walk far. All in all, definitely recommending!

Staff is amazing, Taha the guys are really kind and will try to do all to make your stay perfect, he can help you going for places just let him know what you need. Internet/WiFi fast. I didn’t expect the that the hotel would be clean like I found. The building is really good, the furniture in the room was new and I had an amazing balcony with view to Nile. You can find a little market and ATM just on the ground floor. I would highly recommend this places for any one that is looking a place to stay. Avoid paying big hotels around because you will find everything you need here!

The staff is the best! They serve from their hearts instead of just grabbing for your wallet. Taha the manager was so professional and kind. He made sure I had a very local experience, showing me restaurants, swimming spots and shopping that I would never have found on my own. Hire him to give you an unforgettable time in Luxor! The housekeeper Ahmed was makes the best coffee and guava juice. The view from the rooftop cafe is mesmerizing. The room was very clean with good air conditioning. I stayed an extra three days because I felt so comfortable and safe at Nile Sunrise Flats. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent stay. Taha, the property manager was amazing. Super kind and helpful. The 2BR apartment was massive, with large balcony and amazing rooftoop. At 15 Euros at night, this was the best value you could possibly get in Luxor. The west side is so much better then the East one. Highly recommended

the price of the activity and transportation is not the fair price. Especially the fee of the taxi for sightseeing spots and to the airport is not good. The owner is friendly but if you think about the price, you should use app”Careem” for finding the taxi.
