The buffet breakfast was adequate. It would have been nice to have coffee that was not instant. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is not in a good location. The surrounding area is not pleasant and not comfortable to be walking anywhere for those not used to this environment. The hotel restaurant is the only option and the prices are a little steep. I had a miscommunication over a late checkout which resulted in me paying for a full night. Under the circumstances, management that was actually concerned with customer service would have permitted me to pay 1/2 price which is what I had agreed upon with reception staff. The hotel also provides taxi service with approved taxis. The fare from the hotel to the airport is $50 USD. One should not have to dispute the fare with the driver at the airport after paying $50. (the local fare is between $30 and $35)
