The apartment has a great location, just 5 min walking by the central station. it has everything what you need for your staying, clean and spacious. The host, Andrea, it’s really helpfull and so kind.

Larger than we expected. Good location. Comfortable and clean. Good kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Situated in a nice block of apartments less than 10 minutes walk from the main station, easily accessible ground floor apartment with just a few steps to climb. Good security and very quiet. There was a washing machine and dishwasher and all the basic necessities for a traveller. Andrea even provided laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets which very few private accommodation places do. We usually have to go shopping for these items. Andrea also checked in with us to ensure everything was OK. There was an issue with the cleaners on arrival which Andrea resolved very professionally so it started as a problem but all was fixed and we were happy.

This is not a complaint but some genuine feedback. Everywhere we go throughout Europe we have to use different washing machines and there never seems to be any instructions in English so we have to download manuals and take quite a bit of time figuring it out. Some simple instructions in English (and perhaps other major languages) for a quick standard wash cycle would help a lot. The toilet wasn't flushing properly but Andrea showed us the work around for this and again throughout Italy and Europe generally bathrooms and plumbing can be a challenge so not specifically for this property.
