Exceptional aminities and best service I’ve ever experienced. Very pricey!

Hotel room was clean and modern. 2nd best shower I’ve ever experienced. Service was off the charts good. We had a very nice internal balcony that had a couch and chair. Great bathroom although only one sink. Separate water closet. Bed was very comfortable with light switches and charging ports at bedside.

Expensive, but great location and bar

Great location in the middle of Milano with nice shopping and dining opportunities in close proximity to the hotel. Staff was also very nice and friendly. We especially enjoyed the bar. All drinks were impeccable and the food was also very good.

The value for money of the rooms is not great. Most of the rooms are not very big and the views are also limited. Balconies were surrounded by high walls, so you couldn’t really use them. The bathrooms and interior design was nice though.

Pleasant but definitely not value-for-money

Modern, dark feel; comfortable bed; excellent, quick service from staff.

Very good

We got an early check-in at 10am as requested and overall the staff was very friendly. Big spa area for a hotel midst in the city and very good for close by luxury shopping.

The hotel was smaller than expected and the breakfast room/ bar lighting was not very nice. The light was like in an office and thus created a less relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
