A part from the location, the hotel was very disappointing.

One of the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. There were bed bugs in my bed and horrible mosquitos and flies everywhere. The beach was never cleaned. Used masks, food waste and plastic everywhere. Staff not serious at all. When I complained about the hygiene they were laughing at me. Scarse English. Poor cousine.

The location was perfect, and the beach was beautiful. Being able to walk out of the room onto the beach was superb. The rooms were nice enough and having breakfast included was great. The beach bar was nice!

The Wi-Fi dropped out in my room a lot. The rooms weren’t amazing but nice enough

We (two Germans) stayed here for 5 days and it was like living in Paradies. I don't know what other people experienced here but it was - Very Clean - Hotel rooms where new and not old - The service and stuff there was very very friendly and helpful. Every request if it was a bike, a room cleaning or just questions about everything was done in minutes - No animals or Moskitos or Anything - clean beach with no Plastik or trash - affordable cocktail and smoothie prices (2€ for a smoothie with fresh fruit in a hotel is more than ok) It was never loud or annoying. Sometimes you heard a door clapping but not loud. The floors could have more furniture just to absorb some sounds when thei appear. I will go back here with my girlfriend next year. Yes the food is a little bit more expensive than on the street but it is a hotel not a restaurant .. We paid overall maybe 120€ per person for 4 nights. In Germany that would be easy 300-500€ a day. Thanks for the 4 days , I will see you next year. Great and fantastic hotel.

As I like the peace and quiet places to stay they gave me the most quiet bungalow, altough they could not know my preferences beforehand. It was at the seafront. Restraunt was open air type. Also location of the resort was bit off the centre, so it it was a good choice.

The should change the air conditioners to new less noisy ones.

Breakfast was fantastic for my VN wife but a little lacking for foreigners. Location of the hotel couldn’t be better, being right on the beach.

On a small island I would expect the resorts to be more eco friendly. Plastic straws, plastic bottles used throughout the resort. An easy fix... The bungalows are very run down. Mold on the peeling wall paper in rooms. Termites in the wood of the bungalows...

Great beach side location. Good sized bungalow with excellent facilities and great bathroom. Airport pickup was perfect and the hotel arranged scooter hire. The buffet breakfast was mostly lovely.

Clean comfortable rooms without insects. Good beds. Good shower in the open. Good breakfast buffet. At walking distance to the city. Free shuttle service from and to the airport. The spa staff was very friendly. Good facial relaxation massage.

During booking it was suggested (on photos) there was a swimming pool, which in real life was replaced for an extension of the restaurant. Our two rooms were too close to the kitchen, which was not negotiable for change. The beach had none facilities for sunbathing: no beds or chairs, no parasols.

The beach was lovely.

The room was very poor condition as was the bathroom. it didn’t smell very nice. everything was very old and dirty. There was no where to sit on the beach.

The resort is right on the beach and very close to the water! The beach bungalows were private and spacious.

Overall, the hotel was what you would expect in SE Asia. There were no beach lounge chairs which was a little unfortunate but 4 hammocks available.

Rude cook at the breakfast (!) My female colleagues in our group ordered noodle & asked him to add little beef - he has made it happily. I asked him to support little beef, he said that No Beef for noodle, only for Phở noodle. Then he took some beef like nearly putting into my bowl then threw it back to the self (!) So rude & impolite (!) He didn't need to act like a lousy guy in such a 4 star resort. Less chairs/ bands to view the sea on the beach. Some dominate few & no one could have any place to sit & observe the sea .
