This lake is a hidden gem. We stay at a lake house in NC, Ten, or SC every year with our extended family and this was the best lake for value we have ever visited. The house was beautiful and large enough to accommodate 13 adults with 8 children (ages 0-8 years old). The size of the house cannot be stressed enough as it had enough room to have the kids and adults do their own activities without feeling crowded. The lake itself was warm and clean with very little lake traffic so boating was a pleasure. The grocery store is less than 5 minutes away for anything needed. Overall experience was a 10/10 from everyone in our party. Thank you to our host for such welcoming and accommodating communication.

Even though we live about an hour away, our boat is at Harbor Lights Marina. Our 3 children, with our young grandchildren, do not need a long distance to travel. The house was farther than we have rented in the past, but the house met all of our needs. We had plenty of parking, two kitchens, 2 dining areas which was also great for playing dominos and board games in the evenings. The area which the dock is located was quiet and perfect for swimming, kayaking (they provided 3) and fishing. I appreciated the sweet couple that manages the house for the owner, being there when we arrived and are local. All of our questions were answered. There was also a follow up phone call that evening by the owner. Our vacation was wonderful! 😊

My friends, two of my adult children and I met to practice this cool energy modality called Access Bars. The house was the perfect spot. Besides the house, the water fountain, the lake, and the trees contributed to this amazing experience!
Everything was spotless and spacious! We felt rejuvenated, relaxed, and ready to start the week.
It was a complete reset!
We will definitely come back again!

This is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable house in a serene location on the lake. The most thoughtfully-equipped vacation rental I have ever seen. Everything you need and everything works. Easy check-in and check-out, very fast responses to our few questions. PERFECT!!!

This VRBO destination did not disappoint! Not only was the house and property exactly as listed, it was spotless clean, the best stocked kitchen ever, and had everything we needed for a week stay for a large family get together.
Having the dock right there in the cove made it the perfect location for just jumping in the water and enjoying the lake. We didnt have to worry about boats or lots of activity for our littles to swim. The kayaks and paddles, along with the inflatable floaties were prefect. In fact, we didnt feel the need to go anywhere else!
Highly recommend for a family get together that needs lots of bedrooms and space. The house is layed out well, everything is labeled, the extra touches of stocking necessities and having an accessible janitor closet was above and beyond.
Best VRBO we've booked.

The house is enormous and has plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone. Also many little nooks and spaces to watch tv or read. The kitchen has everything you need for large family dinners. The cove is quiet and easy to get in and out of with a boat and close to great places on the lake to tube and board. The caretakers are very attentive and are quick to reply with any questions or needs. The hill down to the dock is a little steep for older family members. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at this property.

A great find right on the water in Anderson! We had more than enough room for our family and plenty of room for relaxing in various shared living spaces. Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood yet not far f on town. Management went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and everything was on. They even left us fresh flowers in the kitchen and called after we checked in to make sure we were happy. Couldn’t be happier that we chose this house for our trip!

This property was astonishing! Everything was perfectly clean, organized, and even labeled for ease of access. I brought 8 other couples with me for an extended weekend work-retreat and everyone could not stop talking about how much they loved the property. We had plenty of space to gather as a group for our meetings as well as plenty of space to spread out when needed. The access to the lake and kayaks was icing on the cake. We will definitely be coming back!

Tina and Mark are great to work with. The home is immaculate and great for a family vacation. The location on the lake is perfect in a quiet cove on a great part of the lake for skiing and tubing.

Stayed at this house with a group of friends and family and the house was beautiful! Very spacious, nice rooms, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Nice lake view and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this house 10/10

We had a great time with our family on Lake Hartwell at this home. Tina is a wonderful host. She is great to work with and made the entire process smooth and easy for us. The house is beautiful, perfectly clean and well maintained.

The property was beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful time in SC. However, I probably would not have rented this house if I had known about the threats of eviction when the neighbors call the cops if you are not quiet past 9 pm. So, we played our trivia on the patio and constantly reminded each other to keep it down! There were other demands posted everywhere in regards to washing towels, dishes and dropping anything on the floor. It was all a bit over the top and was very disconcerting and I will absolutely inquire next time if there are these types of restrictions. Oh, and my husband repaired your garbage cabinet so that it will close properly among other issues with it. Hopefully, you will reconsider some of your postings in the house and hire a cleaning team after all, we do pay for it. I still gave your property a 5 star rating because the property in itself is wonderful.

We struggled to enjoy our vacation as we were constantly bombarded with aggressive notes reminding us that there was a fine for everything from a dish being out of place to trash not being taken out. We were expected to deep clean the property before we left but the closet marked “janitor” was locked the entire time we had access to the property.
Listing was also misleading as it boasted a hot tub available for use which turned out to be a two person tub in the master bedroom that has jets.
Additionally this property has zero accommodations for anyone with a mobility restriction. Even the single downstairs bedroom has steps to get into it.
Overall if you absolutely HAVE to go to Anderson for your vacation this was a nice place. But save yourself the headache and hit a different lake house.
