Situato a 80 piedi sopra il livello del mare questa unità offre una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano con il comfort che ci si aspetta in una casa di lusso, pur essendo vicino a tutto ciò che ti piace. Una breve passeggiata visite Parco Nazionale principessa Alessandria, la zona di snorkeling prima con le barriere coralline incontaminate, innumerevoli tonalità blu e vaste sabbie bianche sulla bellissima spiaggia di Grace Bay.

Everything was perfect its really a home away from home. She had everything laid out for you from restaurants to eat at to excursions to go to. Every question i had was answered right back within 5 mins. I would definitely stay here again if i return and i will aslo refer this unit to others

The property was in great condition. Our communication with Janelle on check in and other questions was easy and she gave us lots of information. There is a beach within walking distance and smith reef is a 2 minute car ride. Would recommend to anyone

I couldn’t have chosen a better stay for my first time in Providenciales. The room was exactly as pictured and the ocean view from the room is even better. It was equipped with everything needed to make meals ( pots, pans, utensils, plates, seasoning, etc). It’s a short 10 minute ride to Grace Bay so it’s close to a lot of popular dining places. Janelle was also very attentive and had great communication during and before our stay. I would definitely recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. We got to relax and do things as we decided. Janelle was incredible from the start. She answered all the questions we had prior to and during our time there. We brought our food in from the US for our stay and had every kitchen item needed to cook our meals. The property is relaxing, the unit is beautiful and exactly what you see on the site. I Loved the outside area to just sit and sip my coffee in the morning. The property pools / hot tub are well taken care of. We snorkeled every day at Smith's reef and Coral Gardens. I do recommend you rent a care and find your way around the island. Glad we got to experience this treasure and the beauty of the island. Talk to the locals and they will offer you suggestions. If you are going I would suggest you take Reef Friendly sun products to do our part to preserve the land and water. I hope everyone has the relaxing and enjoyable vacation we got to experience.

My husband and I stayed for a week at Janelle’s condo and it was perfect. It was exactly as pictured and clean and organized. We had coffee every morning on the balcony taking in the beautiful view and the property and grounds were beautiful as well. Janelle was very responsive and kind. We rented a car to explore the island. There were a few restaurants in walking distance - Mango Reef had great food. I would definitely recommend this condo. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Perfect. Start to finish. Host was outstanding to communicate with. Great recommendations. Lovely studio with very well-stocked kitchen. The patio has two lovely chairs and a fantastic view. We walked to nearby restaurants, amazing snorkeling, and down the length of Grace Bay. We also enjoyed both pools and the lounge chairs on the large decks. Never felt crowded. Very secure complex. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you so much. Until next time.

This is a great unit, just as the pictures show. Nice size balcony, overlooking the pool, and a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. Good location, as we snorkeled Smith's Reef and Bight Reef, which are super close. We visited many other beaches on the island and nothing was more than a 15 minute drive. The condo had everything we needed and Janelle was super quick to answer any question we had. Thank you Janelle.

We've stayed all over Grace Bay in the past, and although we prefer to be on the beach, in town, this was last minute and the rates elsewhere were insane. I've always seen this property as an option and so glad we finally stayed.
The studio room was huge with plenty of room for 2 people to spread out. Fantastic large balcony with the ocean in the distance. The bed, linens, and pillows were better than most hotels, equal to let's say, a Hilton or regular Marriott. The unit had everything one would need for the beach, kitchen and bathroom...aside from food and beverages of course. There were a few waters in the fridge but unsure if that was hospitality or left from previous guests.
There are a few restaurants in walking distance, but we had rented a car so went to our favorites elsewhere. That said, the view and food at Magnolia (next door) is worth the visit.
Janelle was always available for questions. Seamless service in every way.
I'd definitely stay again.

This was a perfect place for our first stay in Providenciales. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and pool noodles. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook with. The bed was comfortable. I have zero complaints. Walking distance from some beaches as well as hot spots like Baci and Sharkbites. Thank you for having us!

Janelles property is absolutely perfect and exactly as described. I think we had the best view of anyone else right from the balcony. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance too. A 5 minute walk and we were snorkeling in the reef. I cant say enough great things. This property made the husbands birthday even more special. Thank you Janelle!

We truly enjoyed the property. It had many great amenities such as snorkel gear, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. We spent time on the balcony everyday and enjoyed the beautiful views. The swimming pools were nice. We saw a security guy walking around the property during the nighttime hours. Four great restaurants are in walking distance. We also used the fitness room a few times. As long as you’re ok with stairs, this is an amazing property. We know five couples talking about vacationing in Turks and Caicos and I will recommend this condo to them.

Everything is as it’s listed. Janelle was absolutely wonderful. Very responsive, kind and professional. The place is clean, in a safe area, quiet and a beautiful view. We will definitely come back and definitely recommend this condo for anyone thinking of coming. Our stay was perfect. We hate to leave.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the condo, La Vista Azul. The condo was as pictured. It was neat, organized, comfortable and extremely clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the greenery and the turquoise water. Janelle gave us several recommendations on places to eat. We tried quite a few of them, and we’re not disappointed. Definitely make reservations! The area was quiet, and was not part of all the hustle and bustle of the hotel area. This was exactly what we were looking for. All activities, excursions, and restaurants were only a short drive away. On several of the days we used the public access to the beach to enjoy the soft, white sand and beaches near the hotels. At the end of a busy day it was nice to return to the quiet.. The peacefulness was just what we needed. If I am lucky enough to return to Turks and Caicos, I hope that I will be able to rent the same property. Don’t hesitate rent!

This property has everything you could possibly need! Secluded location in walking distance to plenty of beaches, restaurants, and sights! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring other areas like Taylor Bay, which was just a short drive away!

I could not have been happier with the unit. It is very unusual that I find places to be exactly as advertised, and it is extremely rare where a place surpasses all expectations. Janelle has done an amazing job making sure the unit is furnished with every possible item you might wish to have during the stay. Everything that is advertised online is accurate, and if anything.... underrated. I was already planning my next trip before I even checked out. I can't thank Janelle enough for making my stay so special and to make sure it was a vacation I will never forget.

The studio was exactly like pictured and more. It was in a great location with a gated parking area. We were able to get to most places in 10-15 mins drive. The condo itself has a balcony with a great view, which was perfect for our morning coffee or end of day drink. It was well equipped with all the necessary kitchen needs as well as extras such as basic condiments, spices, oil and vinegar. The washer and dryer were very useful and minimized how much we had to bring. There was a large cooler bag, beach chairs, floating noodles and toys for the beach. The only thing that would have been nice was a beach umbrella, as the beaches don’t have a lot of shade. We would definitely return and would recommend this studio to others.

Customer Service is a big deal for me and Janelle is top tier. Always so responsive and I mean immediately.
The apartment is just as described in the pictures. Check-in was easy, in fact she allowed me to check in earlier but my flight was later in the day.
I opted for a rental car and there was always a space to park near the building.
I love the Turtle Cove location and it is indeed quiet. It is also gated and I felt comfortable and safe here especially as a solo traveler.
I enjoyed the pool toys and beach chair provided. I mean everything is as described. I had no problems other than I did not want to leave. Looking forward to staying in the future.

This was our 3rd time in Turks and Caicos. This property was great!!! Fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the pool with the ocean in the background. Has everything you need.Everything that Janelle (Host) listed in the rental is true. Great communication with her and appreciated her hospitality. Location was perfect!!! Couple restaurants around the corner were great. Some places were closed during offseason but no worries as plenty of options with great food on the island. Grace bay is about 10 min drive one way and Chalksound about 15 min the other way. Sooo many great places to see on the island. Bugaloos is always a favorite of ours!!! Have lunch and drinks on the water then walk in and cool off in knee deep water. Cant wait to go back!!!

This condo was exactly as advertised. The kitchen has everything you will need. Janelle was a great host and a wonderful communicator! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the locals I met at Mango Reef were so much fun and very helpful with suggestions for things to do. Loved the pools on the property too!

The condo is a perfect home base for our time in T&C. The location is 5-15min drive to pretty much anywhere on the island. Our daily agenda included 3-4hrs at a beach (Leaward, Sapodilla, Taylor Bay) everyday and then 1-2hrs at the pool every night. The view from the balcony is great! The gelato shop down in the hotel courtyard is great! Easy access to major roads and easy to navigate to the beaches! The host is very responsive and amazing!

We began to enjoy our stay from the moment we arrived at the property. The property was very clean and well maintained. Most things that you can think of that you may end up needing are already there and stocked. The property is not in the hustle and bustle of all of the resorts,, but for us this was a plus(everything is no more than 15 minutes away from the property). There are two great snorkeling spots one road over from property (Smith's reed and Turtle Cove). We enjoyed our time here at the property and would love to stay again on our future TCI endeavors!

Everything was great, Janelle was very responsive, great communication. Property was immaculate and we enjoyed the stay very much!! Condo was well stocked with all necessities. We rented a car and it was an adventure checking out other beaches and restaurants, just beautiful! We also were able to walk to nearby marina restaurants easily.

My daughter and I loved the location with a view of the ocean. The unit was clean and equipped with everything imaginable. Very comfortable sleeping and lovely to wake up to the sun on the balcony. The location was convenient to great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future!

AquaBlu was a fantastic unit. It was 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to good restaurants. A perfect spot for anyone looking to access the incredible snorkelling at Smith's Reef or the quiet empty beaches away from the resorts. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy out holiday, including a fantastically equipped kitchen.

First time in Provo. Loved the privacy of this location. Perfect spot for 2 but had no problem with 3 of us staying. Enjoyed just sitting on the balcony or down by the pool reading. Great view from balcony. Easy to get to restaurants and beach accesses if you don’t mind a short walk. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

We loved our stay. Communication and recommendations were excellent. A car might be helpful, but even without one there is beautiful beaches within walking distance.
If you like a peaceful vacation away from the big resorts and busy beaches we highly recommend this apartment.

Good communication with property manager. Clean condo, nice to have kitchen, and get rental car to explore all of the island. Great central location for everything. Mango Reef, Sharkbite, and Baci are within walking distance down by the marina. All good restaurants. Snorkeling at Smith’s Reef is close as well.
