This accommodation with modern equipment is located in a quiet, orderly neighborhood, which fully meets all needs. The main sights are easily accessible. The host is extremely helpful. We had a lot of fun. We recommend it to everyone.

Very nice stay in this appartment, everything was a way beyond expectations. New rebranded appartment fully equipped with new appliances (everything is there), the host is detailed person he thought about everything. going from food (Water, Ice cream juice, coffee, nutella, honey, jam, bread), shampoo .., baby wipes, stroller, in short everytime I’m saying I forget something I find it in the appartment (like kids life jackets, hair dryer ) The appartement is nice located 5min to bolivar and 10 min from glyfada or plaka The host Dimitri is one of the best person I met this year, he is so kind and helpful. He offered us a trip to the beach and he free up himself to bring us back at the end of the day. he even offered us a ride to plaka. Before we go out we always ask him for recommandations, and we enjoyed all of them. Many thanks for making our stay wonderful.

The owner of the apartment Dimitris was a great host and whatever was our question or need, he was always there. Facilities were clean and fully equipped with anything a person could need during the stay. Great location, there is a beautiful park across the street, family run taverna on the corner, calm and peaceful area. we loved it❤️

Beautiful place. Peaceful - small park nearby, restaurants, prosperous neighborhood. Great owner. He has one more place downtown- "Unique apartment in the historic center of Athens". We tried. It's totally different and located at 34 Αριστοφάνους in the district of Psyri. Some graffiti, some gays from India but overall it's colorful and charming- bars, music, nightlife. Recommend both.

Convenient location (only 8 minutes walk from Alimos metro station), cozy and recently renovated apartment, kind and hospitable owners, cleanliness of apartment and all extra amenities (water and juice, food, utilities, we even had free Netflix!!!). Value for money choice for a truly unique apartment.
