We used this property to celebrate our daughter's first birthday. It was absolutely perfect. Bob was super communicative and provided all of our information very promptly. He was so informative beforehand that we didn't ever need to contact him after he sent us the check in information. Everything was as advertised and we WAY overpacked thinking we would need more- it had everything we needed. Plenty of the basics as far as cooking supply goes, extra bedding, beach gear.... everything we needed really. We had an amazing view of the beach perfect for kiddos if you needed to go back upstairs and nap/get them out of the sun for a bit but the rest of the family could stay on the beach and you could still see them. The patio was also the perfect mix of both beach view and shade. We would absolutely stay here again. Great find. We were also walking distance from several eateries, shopping, and coffee. We tried Wanna Wanna, Blackbeards, and we had coffee at Karma's.

The only drawback was the elevators. One was out of service and the other one was really slow. Some people waited 20 minutes. Luckily I’m able to take the stairs, so it was good exercise.

The perfect spot to enjoy the beach. Just step outside the building and you are on the beach. Sit on the spacious balcony, hear the waves, marvel at the sunrise. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was comfortable, home away from home. Restaurants and shopping nearby. A return visit would be a treat!

Everything about the condo itself and the owner were great. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because of the building the condo is in. Parking is horrible, the elevators are outside and take around 10 minutes to get to you (which is awful in 100 degree weather), and there are no restrooms at the pool. The condo itself is beautiful even if it has older furnishings and being right on the beach is really great.

This was perfect for a getaway with beach access and sunrise and moonrise ocean views! Room was clean and close to everything on the island. Owner was very responsive and also gave good recommendations for restaurants etc. We would stay there again! Don't miss out on this gem of SPI!

The location is great, but the inside of the condo can use a lot of help. The bed is old and creaky, the bedclothes are cheap, old, and frayed, the pillows are thin and hard as cardboard, the couch in the living room has seen better days. The only redeeming quality is the balcony, which overlooks the water. The communication with the owner has been kind of difficult, he comes off as condescending and bothered by even the simplest questions, that require one or two word answers.
The overall impression is that everything in the condo is cheap and old and could use an investment to refresh it.

We were only on SPI for 2 nights but thought the location was great. The condos were dated but maintained. Perfect view. Close to restaurants bars etc but not too close. Pool and hot tub were great.

My husband and I just spent 2 nights in Bob’s place. It was exactly how it looked in the listing. Some of the furniture could stand to be a little updated but besides that, everything was perfect. And for the price, I could not complain. Easy access to the beach, great communication with Bob, no issues parking and great view from the balcony. I would stay here again.

The balcony and view cannot be beat!! We loved sleeping to the sound of ocean waves every night and waking up to beautiful sunrises each morning. My 5 year old daughter loved the pool and hot tub and easy access to the beach. Was great that some previous guests had left chairs and an umbrella and there were some sand toys to borrow at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was the perfect place for me and my 3 girls to vacation! Perfect spot on the beach, beautiful sunrises!! The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. It was open so we could see and hear the gulf from everywhere. It also was very quiet considering there are lots of neighbors! The pool and hot tub were a nice addition in the days the water and air were too cool to beach it! We would define come back! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Bob’s condo! Great location, with beautiful views. Condo is very quiet and pleasant. It was a little foggy off and on while we were on the island, but so much to do it didn’t hinder our stay.

The condo was clean, well furnished, and had a comfortable bed. The balcony, right on the beach, was the best. We could both fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the surf right outside the unit! From the 7th floor, the view was amazing - up and down the beach or just out to sea. Location was really good, the building amenities were great, and overall this was the perfect place to stay.

Exactly as described and pictured…perfect for my Mom and I. Great location and cannot beat the ocean views from the giant balcony. We walked the beach everyday and enjoyed Sea Turtle Inc on the not so nice day. Restaurant and local recommendations were spot on! We would love to come again for a longer stay next year!

Check in was a breeze, we had complete instructions before we got there along with suggestions for restaurants. The place was clean with easy access and furnished perfectly. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed sitting in the balcony watching and listening to the ocean.

Parking area is a bit cramped. If you have a large vehicle, make sure you practice your parking skills.

We couldn't stop enjoying the view. The condos themselves were not the prettiest from the outside, but it doesn't matter once you are inside the unit because all you will notice is that view. The condo is in a great location, well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet. Thank you!

We loved this condo! Location and property were great. Everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely go back. Perfect for 1-2 people, but we were plenty comfortable with our kids on the pullout sofa.

The condo was exactly what we needed! Great view and large balcony right on the ocean!! Fast check in and checkout process. We didn't use the pool, but the hot tub was very nice!! Within walking distance to a local marketplace for essentials and a few bars to enjoy a drink and/or food! Would easily stay here again!!

This was our second stay at Bob’s wonderful condo. It was my husband and myself, with our 9 yr old and 5 yr old. We stayed here again because Bob is a fantastic host and he has the perfect condo. The best we have stayed at on the island. He is very easy to communicate with and makes the check in process super simple. His condo is always clean and the best part is the large balcony. The weather didn’t really cooperate with us this time but we still had a great time and made lasting memories. We even saw dolphins from the balcony one morning! We hope to be back in the future. Thanks for sharing your condo Bob!
