Location—right in old town. And next to many cafes, bars, boutique shops, canals and covered market. Washer in apartment (no dryer). Kitchen with washing machine Standard frig with freezer. Cute apartment in the middle of town.

***Check in was only between 4pm-7pm. It was our faults for not reading the fine prints but still a hassle when traveling long distance to get there. Manager was not flexible at all. We were given two different contact numbers for exact arrival time only to get there by noon and to find out we cannot get into apartment until 4pm. Couldn’t even drop off our luggages even though cleaning people we there earlier. We could leave the luggages at their office for a fee though! Finally, we were met by a very young man who let us in but that was it. He didn’t even know anything about the apartment as he told us the washer was a combo for both washing and drying and that’s not the case. There was not welcome book or instructions for anything. Had to contact them for wifi code. For 3nights, they left us 2 pods for dishwasher, 1 small packet of dish soap and sponge, 2 small rolls of toilet paper and and 2 tablets for washing machine. ***No hand soap, or shampoo or any bath amenities. We had to go to grocery store to get shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. (We were flying in so it’s not like we can carry our own shampoo and conditioner. And every apartment we stayed throughout our travel from Holland to France, Germany and Switzerland, all provided the basic amenities). ***there was a coffee machine but we had to get coffee for it, too. It wasn’t a problem but considering check in was only from 4-7pm. It leaves you no time to get “supplies” as most places close up by then. ***Trade off to staying in the middle of old town is that it can be noisy late at night and early morning. ***Be aware there are stairs to get to apartment

We were right in the center of Colmar and still it was really quite at night. We enjoyed the walks downtown, the nice appartement, where nothing was missing. Having a parking lot in the underground car park made it very comfortable for us.

We travelled as a group of 4 and stayed in this apartment which is perfectly located, just a few minutes from Little Venice; it is very nice, clean, well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, free private parking spot, although we did no make use of it. The host was very communicative and welcomed us at around 22:00 when we arrived in Colmar and provided all the necessary information.

Because of the central location it gets quite noisy early in the morning.

Very nice place, clean, fully equiped, absolutelly in city center. Parking place included One of best we were in Colmar in last 6 years.

The keys were brought in by a girl who was on her first day at work. She was absolutelly not informed about accomodation facts, she didn't know anything about keys, parking place, etc. She didnt told us about code to enter to appartment after 7 pm - we stayed in front of closed main enter and have to call accommodation provider to help us to enter in appartment. It's a shame - we want to give rating 10 points, but for this girl we give only 8 points.

extremely central location with private parking; the new baby high chair was much appreciated!

no airconditioning or fans, with the heat wave we assumed there would be at least some fans for the guests. we went to buy fans ourselves in the end. The shower didn’t work properly, the water gets either extremely hot or extremely cold which could be dangerous for kids.

location was great, kitchen was great. Beds were not so comfortable. Water pressure (very very bad). But over all, it was a very pleasant stay. ( only shower time was very bad)

Clean, functional, safe, right in the city center.

Check out at 10am. Booking.com said checkout at 11. But someone let himself in at 10am trying to usher us out. We showed him their check out posting in booking. com and he agreed to let us stayed 1 more hour. To their credit they did let us checked in earlier at 2:30pm instead at 4.pm

Location was perfect, could not of been any better. Parking was perfect, made the weekend for me. Plenty of space in all rooms.

Sadly could not find the kettle, then found a burnt out one in the store cupboard. The shower has been plumbed in badly making it very difficult to adjust the hot water, plus shower head was taped up, and fell apart at the end of visit. To be honest minor problems that we should off phoned up about, but were having too good a weekend.

Great location, very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Good communication with the host.

The sound insulation in the building is poor. The extractor fan in the WC and bathroom is permanently on and quite loud.
