Excelente. Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir andando a todo, muchos sitios para aparcar en la puerta. Está súper limpio. Muy bien equipado para pasar días, la cocina con todo para cocinar , para sentirte como en casa. La decoración es preciosa. Lo recomiendo 100%

Very spacious and clean. Not too fancy, but still with nice taste. Great value for a large group. beds were comfortable.

stay was ruined by the fact that when we arrived (past 5:30pm so not exactly early!) the apartment was absolutely filthy. left over food, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, beds slept in and not changed. the cleaner arrived at 6pm but by then we’d already seen the place filthy so we went out and frankly didn’t really want to go back but had nowhere else to stay. terrible night’s sleep and couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning. would not recommend.

The apartment is cosy with lots of space. Parking is just in front of the block, super convenient and is free. But on the weekend we are there, we can easily find parking just literally metres from old town centre and is free as well.

It is on the top floor. Need to climb 4 levels. If you have heavy suitcases, better to give this a miss as there is no lift. The location is no where near the Old Town as many reviews has somehow been misleading. It is walkable definitely but for the record I will like to clarify that it is about a 15-18 mins walk. And saying if you intend to stay till night fall at the Old Town, the walk back passes through some very quiet areas and an underpass below the rail track. Quite discomforting in my family’s opinion. But if you are some macho man with no ladies and young child in company, guess it is pretty fine.

The apartment was large which was a huge plus for our group of 8! The host responded very quickly and answered all questions! We were able to check in at 12:00! The cleaning lady was still cleaning when we got there so we got the key from her which made things really easy. She brought some flowers for us which was really sweet! I would recommend this place and stay there again myself!

It was a few minutes walk from the city center - this comment should not be listed under "what didn't you like" because I knew it before I booked the place.... One bathroom is a minus - you also know it from the description, so you either take it or leaave it. What you MUST know is that if you stay there Friday night, there is a market around the church that is right in front of the apartment. It takes place Saturday morning. Even though there are parking spaces in front of the house, DO NOT park your car there over night. The host informed us about the market when we asked about the parking so we knew not to leaave the car in front of the house but...somebody else didn't. There were two cars on the parking lot with German numbers and the market people started ringing our door bell around 4 or 5 am trying to tell us to move the cars...At the beginning I didn't even know that it was the door bell but after the 5th time of them ringing and me waking up enough to realize what it was I found the door phone to communicate with the lady downstairs who excused herself and kept on ringing other door bells to find the owners of the cars...

it was winter and it was no heating! it was very cold! never go there in winter? the apartments are very tired and looked not so good

The host was very nice and easy to contact, he made sure to got the keys early and delivered the breakfast which was very good. This is not a 4 bedroom flat but a 2 bedroom flat, the two real bedrooms however are very nice. The price and location are very good.

This is not a 4 bedroom flat. It is 2 bedrooms + a mezzanine with beds for children but the mezzanine is not safe for children. One of the bedrooms is windowless and hosts the gas heater which is very noisy all the time, so it cannot really be used. On top of that, the flat is not well maintained, the dishwasher is very old and barely capable of washing dishes, the washing machine / hoover are very dirty and barely usable. There is not enough kitchenware for everyone in the flat.

We booked the flat due to the fact that breakfast was included in the price. Unfortunately, the breakfast was never delivered...we tried to call and write to the host but he never replied! That was quite disappointing!

Good location, free parking in front, lots of space, nicely decorated, friendly host.

Only one bathroom/toilet is not very practical with 7 people; one of the rooms was not clean and had a dirty bra from a former guest under the bed; kitchen could do with some more pans. Breakfast was nice but 2 bananas for 7 people seems a bit odd.
