La comodidad fue excelente, todo muy limpio , la comida súper bien. El área de la alberca está hermosa 🥰solo que para este calor cerraban a las 10 pm 😌. Muy cerca de tiendas restaurantes y bar la verdad lo recomiendo

The location and the breakfast staff
We asked for the room to be cleaned, and it was not clean! And they told them they would clean it, so when they go back late at night, it was still the same. We are on a family vacation just to clean.
And the room smells like if it was a smoking room.

El personal de recepción con muy mala actitud, trabajan con el mínimo esfuerzo y no quisieron imprimirme mi factura, pues la reservación la hice con booking. NO ES UN HOTEL DE 5 Estrellas Como se anuncia. No hacen la limpieza diario, la programan casa 3 días. La regadera estaba sucia a mi llegada llena de pelos. El desayuno bastante malo. En general no se justifican calidad-precio. No regresaría

Our only problem was the sliding door on the bathroom. we had a lot of trouble keeping it shut and locked

The breakfast was enough and tasty except for the coffee. The coffee was very hot but not flavorful. The location was excellent.
There was no shower gel in the complimentary toiletries. The towels were clean but stiff and not fluffy.

Just about everything! We always try to find a Home2 Suites to stay at when we are away.
The back door was having issues reading cards so we were locked out twice.

very clean the rooms were extremely big the bathroom had three hooks to hang the bath towels
they should’ve had four hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels. they should’ve gave us eight towels total for four people.

The room was spacious and great view
People above us were really loud kids running and dropping things on the floor at 1 am . . . But that's not the hotels fault.

Everything and everyone were exceptional. Full house when we were there and quiet.

Air filters were super dirty… made my allergies act up I had to clean them up & breakfast was very limited for the price we paid
