7Manata- Amazing 270deg views! Golf, Ski & Birthday Parties + 3x seven-seat 4WDs
7 Wonders è composto da due case, 7UP (6 camere da letto, 4 bagni) e 7LY (4 camere da letto, 3 bagni), entrambe elencate su questo sito. Ha una magnifica vista, due cucine e due angoli caffè con frigo, 3 salotti, 4 posti auto interni, 5 TV (con 2 sistemi di registrazione), 7 bagni, 10 camere da letto, wifi in tutto e 20 posti letto molto confortevoli. È a cinque minuti di macchina da Shotover Street, a 5 minuti di autobus, e una bella passeggiata di 25 minuti attraverso i boschi in città. Sulla strada dietro la casa (non visibile) c'è un minimarket, un ristorante e un take-away. I nostri prezzi includono tutte le utenze e biancheria. Ora offriamo anche una Toyota Prado 4x4 a 8 posti per l'uso degli ospiti che soggiornano presso la struttura, insieme a una Toyota Prado 4x4 a 7 posti.

Fantastic home that provided ample room and privacy for an extended family of 22.
Incredible views and amenities in this double house that made us feel immediately at home. Guy was an excellent host and couldn’t be more helpful with all aspects of our stay. A wonderful week was enjoyed by all. The 3 Toyota Prados were icing on the cake to make this holiday thoroughly memorable.

I couldn't say a bad word about this place, stunning views very clean and beautiful house. Guy was so amazing with giving us information about almost anything and was very happy to help when we needed it. Our party of 10 could not recommend this place more, we cannot wait to stay here again

Had much of my family gather for my 60 birthday.
Guy’s home gave all of us the space and the privacy at the same time.
Views were spectacular. Location to all Queenstown had to offer was great.

After searching throughout New Zealand, 7 Manata was the best venue for our celebration. All 22 of us were able to stay at one property and have a dinner party on site with a fabulous view. Photos don't do it justice, you have to see the ever-changing light on Lake Wakatipu and the mountains. 7UP has a spacious kitchen and living room where we could all gather comfortably. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you need. The 3 Utes (4x4 Prados) were a huge bonus, making airport logistics and trip into town easy. We slept 22 but check with host, as the floorplan and bed configuration we had from the web was not up to date. 7LY, next door to 7UP, is more of a basic space. It does not have a living room space and the kitchen is not as well appointed. Three bedrooms share one bathroom. However, there was plenty of room for all guest in the common spaces in 7UP; Plan to hang out together there. Guy was incredibly gracious and helpful in our planning. He was extremely responsive and flexible. He accommodated our caterer and all of our requests. We would not hesitate to book again.

Houses are beautiful. Guy was really easy to communicate with. A few issues that he was more than happy to assess moving forward. Related to the limited down time the property has and lack of honest responses i think. 7LY is not as nice as 7UP but with a couple of basic fixes and updates I think it'll be close and a nice hide away from the main house. Views are fantastic and entertaining areas are good too. Would stay again.

Amazing stay with an amazing host, location definitely boasts a stunning view. There are so many positives about this holiday house. One of the best features is the ability to house a large number, we had a total of 16 during our stay and still had spare rooms/beds. Well kept and clean location. The fact that 3 Toyota Prados were provided is actually amazeballs, really helped so much on our trip especially for our winter stay, we used them to head to the snowy mountains and into town. I would not under state the toiletries, all bathrooms came with the standards shampoo,conditioner,body wash. I believe everyone would have gotten 2 sets of towels (bath/hand/floor/etc), small things like this make the stay that much better because really you are on a holiday and unless you're getting hotel services, extra clean towels really make the experience that much better, mega appreciated, particularly for uses like the two spas available. Really large living space definitely suitable for large group.

7 Manata really works for big groups with common and private areas. We were 3 families and 4 grandparents and 2 adults. The access to the vehicles together with the accommodation, and views, and location make this a very special package. We spent 2 weeks. Although it is a lot of money it actually works out to be excellent value for money and quite reasonable per person. Guy is a good host and 7 Manata lived up to expectation. We had a very memorable time.

We had the pleasure of staying at 7M for the past week for a family holiday in Queenstown. There was 22 of us ranging from grandparents to babies and the property was perfect for our group. The inclusion of the cars is amazing and takes the stress off relying on public transport. Check in and out process was very seamless and picking up and dropping the cars off was very easy. Guy is a wonderful host, very accomodating and replies quickly with any questions we had. 10/10 stay and will definitely book again if we come back to Queenstown.

Fabulous time here for 10 days. 12adults and 7 children from 3 to 10 years. Plenty of room for all. 3 vehicles suited us perfectly. Guy, the host, was always quick to respond to any questions. We thoroughly recommend staying here.

Suited our needs perfectly
For a group of 50 something men on our annual reunion this accommodation suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of space for everyone to get their own bed and large living and deck areas for us all to congregate in. our host guy went out of his way to help us with all our requirements and having use of 3 4x4 vehicles was an added bonus that gave us lots of flexibility. Would definitely consider staying again. Thanks!

Best Family Holiday
My family and I, a group of 20 or so, had the best family holiday ever thanks to this beautiful place in Queenstown. There was more than enough space for all of us, the amenities of the property were great, the convenience of having two SUVs was amazing and most importantly - the views were breathtakingly spectacular! Not a bad walk into town, there are road and bush trails around, and even a place to mountain bike just close by.
Guy was easy to communicate with. He always responded on time and quickly addressed anything we needed help with. Even though he wasn't able to meet us in person, he still felt very hospitable.
We highly recommend any family or group of friends to stay here as the experience is just perfect. We will definitely be back should we have another big family holiday.

This house is slightly out of town up a very steep hill, however well worth the effort as the views
This house is slightly out of town up a very steep hill, however well worth the effort as the views are outstanding. Extremely well set up with linen, towels, and crockery all provided. Drive way is a bit of a nightmare but there are alternatives near by. We were a corporate group and the twin houses suited us perfectly as most people were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom.
