My check-in time was 00:00 mentioned and I reached the hostel at 06:00 still I was made to sit in the lobby for 5 hours as the rooms were already occupied by the previous client. However I tried asking the reason that the check-in time mentioned on the Booking.com website is 00:00 on to which the owner was skipped the question wisely. The room was unclean. Bedsheets and Blankets were stinking. There were no toiletries provided in the respective bathrooms, additionally the hot water provision was not proper as it wasn't available most of the time. Owner forced me to pay all the amount of the 3 days of my stay on the 1st day itself of my check-in. Very unprofessional and unfriendly behavior of the staff was observed at the point of stay. My whole trip got spoiled with the horrible experience which I got while staying in this hostel. I would rate this hostel in negative if the option is provided. One last suggestion for Booking.com is to please review the hostels and hotels before uploading them onto your website please don't mislead us by listing such properties on your website.

Amazing roof terrace views of the lake and city! Sunset and sunrise both amazing from here! Room was comfortable, good value for money for the location.

Gas shower in room didn't work very well, would switch from scolding hot to cold with no in between.

Average hostel Location is good

I like staff behaviour and owner is friendly. Clean dorms and comfortable also. I like most the location of place which is nearby all Major attractions in the city.

Very supportive staff. Shubham who manages the property is super friendly! Excellent location. Rooftop views are exceptional ! The hostel gives you a very positive vibe with an open common room to meet fellow travelers and also play various games!!

The toilets can be more clean. The fixtures like taps and faucets and fans were functional, though can be better repaired.

They have a perfect viewing deck where you can see the view of Lake Pichola. Cleanliness 10/10. Staff behaviour is 10/10. They have cards and games in the common area, which is important for making new friends.

The only problem I found is that the dormitory's built quality is so poor that it sounds like hell all night. so please improve it
