Condo nicely equipped. Beach and town is short walk. Would stay again!

Loved the location! Very clean. A few upgrades needed. Good parking, very quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Barcelona Villa B. The villa has comfortable furniture and beds. It is stocked with just about anything that you will need. Quiet side street yet close to town and beach. Highly recommend this place for you to enjoy Venice Florida.

The manger of this place is right on top of anything so easy to deal with. They had everything we needed and more. Will stay here again in the future.

VBRO was a little dated, but very nice overall. It was a great location to beach and shopping. Kitchen was well stocked and there were adequate towels, but I wish VBRO provided more beach towels and or beach blanket. Also, there were 5 of us and so we used pull out sofa bed. We had a late flight and didn’t get to VBRO until midnight and had to change sheets in bed as the one that was on it was dirty/dusty, full of crumbs or something. House-keeping may want to verify clean sheets on ALL 3 beds. Also, it would be nice to have another couple blankets as I was chilly sleeping, but there weren’t any spare blankets as the only extra was used on the pull out bed. Overall though, it was an enjoyable stay.

The accomodations were really good and the location just a short walk to the beach. The weather and surf conditions weren't as good as we had wanted but that is not in anyone's control. There were some nice shops to go to on Venice Ave.

It is more spacious than you would expect & has a terrific location (2 minute walk to the beach) :) stocked with everything you need & was super clean. Wonderful stay!!!

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath, only one block from the beach. Not fancy outside but very comfortable inside and close to shopping as well as beach. Manager was very friendly and prompt answering questions. Owner sent a nice greeting before our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment needs important, plumbing repairs to nearly every plumbing portion of the bathrooms in kitchen.. I am sending a text to the owner to itemize the many repairs and maintenance items that are needed.

The property location was great in that we were 1/2 block from the beach and a few blocks from town. We were able to walk to both each day and enjoy both aspects of Venice.

Super cute property that is close to the beach. Our 4 & 6 year old could easily make the 1 block walk :). Beach toys were a bonus and we found some shark teeth with the sifter that was available. Great stay and easy to text property manager with questions.

This condo was perfect for our “Girls” getaway! The location is everything. Walk to beach and to restaurants/stores. Beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely rent again 😊!

We rented this property knowing a bit about the area as we have family that lives just over the bridge in Nokomis. First, the property was very clean. Fresh linens and towels (including a pack and play for our toddler!) we laid out and a few dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and pantry staples were stocked. Full internet and cable made it perfect for the downtime with our kids ages 8, 9, and 3. There were beach toys provided which was also a plus. The location was wonderful. A short walk from downtown, a stones throw from the beach, and a safe neighborhood. Take out menus in the drawer were a plus for the first night when we arrived later in the evening. Frank was super easy to communicate with via email, phone, or text although we did not have to message him as we had no issues at all! The only (MINOR) mention I will say is that the coffee table has glass tops. This was only an issue because of the toddler in our group but we simply pushed it under the TV stand to keep it protected. Otherwise, the porch was screened in and all the doors had locks. You cannot beat this spot for the price! We will absolutely stay here again!

Might lack in curb appeal but inside was quite spacious and very comfortable. King bed was comfortable. Delighted to see a stackable washer and dryer..1/2 block to beach and a nice 20 min walk down the esplanade to town.kitchen well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. They had a great location and apt layout and it was decorated very nicely. Lots of handy amenities and things for entertaining (but could use some large pots for cooking) I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice walk to beach and downtown. Enjoyed walking at night and always felt safe.

Located near beach, town, and town park, but NOT too close to any of the above. Which meant a nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice to be able to park in the shade. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed Venice great location to beach and city. We highly recommend farmers market on Saturday downtown.

We came to Venice for a funeral but were able to enjoy this beautiful place while here. I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back

The inside of the condo is very nice and updated. Location was great one block from the beach and they had beach chairs and umbrella which was awesome.

The apartment is neat and tidy, and very cozy. It is such a short walk to the beach, which is phenomenal. It is also about a 10 minute walk to downtown Venice, which is also very convenient. Loved it!

This was the perfect walk to downtown Venice as well as the beach. We loved this little condo for our family of three.

Great location, bedrooms with own baths provides nice privacy. Loved screened in balcony, adequate kitchen. Negatives include leaky faucets, few clothes hangers , floors that needed a good cleaning.

We enjoyed our week at this 2-bedroom condo! Loved our walks to the beautiful beach about 300 yards away. Great for evening sunsets! Bedding in the master was dated and could use a refresh. And the walls were not very soundproof. Lots to do in downtown Venice within walking distance-- (about a mile.)

Our second stay at this property. There are a few dings here and there and the stairs up are not very deep if your feet are large but the property and location suit us just fine. We would definitely come back. It’s a very close walk to the beach! Richard is great with the communication too.
