Family had a great stay. We will come again.

Property is nice but listing is confusing the listing says it sleeps 20 but that is if you rent both homes. Had several issues that had to resolve myself. Make sure you ask plenty of questions. Main property sleeps 6 adults and 4th room has twin beds.

The space for the amount of people was great. Views and amenities were nice. Place could have been cleaner, needs a deep clean but not terrible. The ants on the pool deck were really bad so unless you were in pool or on chair you couldn’t sit on side of pool with feet in. The restaurant/bar next door is literally next door and the music is on until 9 pm so if you want quiet or sleep before that it’s not going to happen. Property manager showed up on day 2 without notice which was strange but he was very nice and left quickly. Plenty of towels and seating, all in all good for a large groups.

Thank you so much for welcoming us for our friends and family vacation. The houses and location were exactly what we were looking for. The property manager Walt was amazing - responsive and helpful. The cleanliness, especially in the guest house, could use some work. The alarm on the sliding doors and the very secure fence around the pool gave us parents such a peace of mind with all of our kids running around. The kitchen could use some plastic dishes for kids and eating lunch by the pool. We will definitely be back next year! The staff at Kiki’s was so welcoming and the kids had a blast dancing to the band. Thank you.

Great property and location for Lower Keys activities. Access to both homes is nice with a large group. View, dock, parking, outside bait freezer and pools are great! The only suggestion would be to add an ice maker to keep up with larger crowds. Property manager and owners are very responsive. Definitely recommend this property!

My family gathered to celebrate 25 years of me surviving stage 3 breast cancer. I also celebrated one of my grandsons 21st birthday. We had a wonderful time and was sad to see the week end.

Everything about the accommodation is perfect. The house was beautiful and incredibly well equipped , absolutely everything you need. The rooms are individual and a good size with all the comforts you could need. The outside is amazing, one of our best vacations.

Barry Beach and guesthouse had plenty of room for our family. Did not bring kiddos but had the space to do so. Plenty of room for family. Loved big open layout for kitchen and living room. Comfy couches. We spent our time lounging by pool. Would book again. We wanted to stay longer but weather happened and hosts were accommodating.

This location and houses were ideal for our Family Vacation of 17. Pools were great atmosphere was good. Nothing fancy just feels like home.

Incredible
We had 12 adults and 2 children in our group. Family from California, Texas, Michigan and North and South Carolina. This was a memorial trip celebrating the life of my brother who passed in 2019.
This property was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, we all had our own bedrooms. The houses were fully equipped beautiful and super clean. The views, pool, gathering spaces inside and out were tremendous. The owners were outstanding and very accommodating to our large group.
We had a boat a few days too utilizing the dock, and fished off it too. Looking forward to renting here again also the location was perfect many of us went to Key West and Marathon to swim with the dolphins

Renting the property was easy. It was really nice to have the space for all our family to be together yet also to have their own areas allowing alone time as wanted. The 2 pools also was so great, again allowing options for all!

Excellent stay!
This was a stay for my friends and family. We had 11 of us. We all fit comfortably. We stayed in the main house and secondary house as well. The main house has 4 bedrooms. The second house has essentially 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen in each. The only complaint was that the double bed bunk beds were a bit difficult for full grown adults to sleep on. But then again, if we had needed the extra sleeping space, it would have been quite convenient.
The main kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, spices, even a croc pot (we were there for superbowl Sunday and made good use of it)!
The view is beautiful from the dock as well as from the living room. The pool was well maintained and a comfortable temperature.
As for location, you couldn't do much better. 30 min to Key West or Marathon. 5 minutes to the grocery store. There is a restaurant right next store that you can just walk over to (there is some noise associated with this from music playing but we found it enjoyable).
We had no complaints and would recommend to anyone to book here.

Great Vacation
We had a total of 18 people staying at the property. The property has everything you could want for a get-together. We came to celebrate a birthday and Thanksgiving. There are so many amazing sea animals to see right off the dock and snorkeling. The Sunrise from the dock was beyond amazing. With almost 20 people in the house it never felt small. There was more than enough room for everyone. The restaurant next door was delicious and will cook fish that you bring in. This was a great place to stay and we would look forward to staying there again.

Perfect Setting for an Intimate Wedding
Our experience was amazing. The location was perfect for an intimate wedding with different families staying together. My parents are divorced and I have a sibling on each side, they were able to have their own separate apartments with the use of the guest house. While my husbands mother stayed with us in the main house. The kitchen and dining area in the main house was big enough to accommodate two chefs cooking, with 20 guests for the wedding reception itself. The outside area by the water was perfect for the ceremony. My family enjoyed going out on the dock each morning and swimming whenever they wanted in either pool, or off the main dock. Kikis right next door was perfect for anyone that wanted a drink or a meal without having to cook it. It was truly perfect and we all hope to get to stay there again together someday.

Family Trip
It was a great fit for everybody . The kids (5) loved the pool . the adults loved the boat access and fishing trips . We caught multiple varieties of fish off the pier including sharks , snapper , and barracuda .

Nothing to complain about!!! Wonderful, conveniently located property!
This is a great property, everything you need including space!
Our only problem was the windy week, our fishing trip was cancelled. That gave us more time to enjoy the property.
Had a minor issue or two that really didn't need immediate attention, but they were promptly attended to by the owner.
Grocery store not far, several good breakfast spots nearby.
Hope to come here again!

This is an older home, but very comfortable. EXTRA clean. There is some highway noise when you are in the backyard. AC works great. Really no issues. Had a good time. Well stocked kitchen.

This is an excellent vacation rental for large families that want plenty of room, pool, and boat dock. House is really comfortable and very well appointed. Just a really nice vacation house in an excellent location.

Family and Friends trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented the main house and the top floor of the back house. Both properties were clean and provided everything we needed. It suited our four families perfectly The pools were great. The views were amazing. We had the best sea life viewing right off our dock even after sevevral off site snorkeling trips. We saw needle fish, barracuda, sting ray, eel, puffer fish and shark. This was really cool, but did keep us out of the water. The area would be excellent for kayaking. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Another amazing stay at Barry Beach
This was our second stay at Barry Beach and both trips were awesome. The house is big and the layout is very open. Perfect for a couple of families to stay in. The backyard is perfect with a pool that overlooks the bay. The dock was great to keep our boat at for fishing and lobstering. The kids even caught lots of fish and sharks off the dock. We had one little issue with the AC and within that day, a brand new AC unit was installed. Amazing property and amazing customer service.

Barry Beach Little Torch Key
This is just an excellent vacation rental. Older home but extremely well kept. Great for larger families and groups. Excellent layout with bedrooms and baths on opposite ends of the house and a very large kitchen living area in the middle. No beach per se' , but very nice pool and excellent dock. Also has a smaller dock area at shore on south side of lot for jetski or small boat. Location is ideal for day trips to Key West, Bahia Honda, Marathon, etc. This was our third year at this home and will plan more in the future!

Fabulous week w/ family and friends
Barry Beach is a beautiful property. We had a wonderful week relaxing in the waterfront pool, and fishing from the dock. The house is conveniently located right next door to KiKi's restaurant and very close to other restaurants and the grocery store. The house was well equipped with all the essentials. We are looking forward to staying at Barry Beach again next year!

Awesome stay at Barry Beach
The house and property were immaculate.
The house has EVERYTHING you need - kitchen is perfectly stocked, washer/dryer, bait freezer, outside furniture, beach towels and a perfectly maintained pool.
All the beds were extremely comfortable.
Ginger (owner) is close by and is immediately available for any questions.
One of our best vacations in the Keys.
