This property is perfectly stocked and literally everything is taken care of for a carefree stay. Beth was/is so responsive and obviously loves to take care of her guests. Aside from having a fantastic stay, we feel like we made a friend, too! You won't regret staying at this property.

The property was located within 5 min of main street easy to just wander over to a Pub or get some excellent Thai. The property was excellent, clean and room enough for 6 people without getting in each other's way. The house was very nice, very well appointed and nice seating. The backyard was great, the fire pit, chairs by the water for morning coffee all a crowd pleaser. I would highly recommend this house; the owners were really nice, and the street quiet, and did I say it was easy to get anywhere you wanted from it?

We had a wonderful time in seaside! This house was stocked with everything we could have needed plus more. The home is bigger than I expected with plenty of beds and space to spread out after a fun filled day! The home is walking distance to downtown seaside! Beth was a wonderful host!

Kudos to Beth for such a gem of a property. The location is great– close enough to walk to the "Prom" but away from all the hustle and bustle. Sizable riverfront backyard allowed for relaxation and play. The gardens were brimming with beautiful flowers. The property had a lot to offer-- fire pit for S’mores, new BBQ area, kitchen with all the supplies one could need, fun activities/toys/books for the kids in the basement. We enjoyed naps and tackled puzzles in the sunroom. There was more than enough room for our family of 10, with spaces for smaller groups or solitary contemplation. In addition, Beth was very responsive. Thank you for a memorable family getaway!

This home was very clean, amazingly well stocked with amenities, and was perfect for our extended family. There are many areas the teens could congregate and hang out, and they loved the access to the river for fishing. Everything in Seaside is within walking distance which allowed everyone the ability to do their own activities since we only had 2 rental cars. The owner is super friendly and responsive. We especially loved the little sign in front of the house ♥️. Would absolutely stay again!

I've been using VRBO for almost 16 years. This was the most well stocked place I've ever stayed! It was a perfect fit for out extended family of 11. It had everything we could've possibly needed. The hosts were fantastic! Wish we could've stayed longer.

This home is loacted in a great spot in Seaside, walking distance to downtown. Beautiful morning views. Lots of space in the house and super kid friendly. I wish the beds were arranged differently but for close family and friends who dont mind sharing a room with multiple beds then its not a problem. The home is very nice but older so the upstairs floors were squeaky and 2 of us somehow got splinters in our foot. Other than that, the host was very responsive and kind.

I tend to put a great deal of weight on the reviews when I choose a place to stay and I am very pleased to say that the descriptions from others were spot on! This home has so much charm and personality! It was immaculate! Well-stocked- it had everything we needed and more! It is very clear that Beth and Dan truly care about this home and the guests that stay here by the attention to detail in every room. Thank you both for sharing a piece of your world with my family! Your thoughtfulness fills my heart!

This is one of the most charming homes I've ever stayed in. It's warm and inviting, and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a short or long stay.
Beth and are the ultimate hosts, and have thought of every detail to provide comfort and convenience. They were always quick to answer any questions and check out was super easy.
The house is within easy walking distance to the beach, and to town. This was our second girlfriends' getaway to this house and we hope to make it an annual event.

We stayed 5 nights. We had 4 couples and 2 teens. The house was perfect! We were apprehensive about only having 2 bathrooms, but they were large and very well placed to accommodate our large crowd. The dining room was quite large and plenty of room for a family Thanksgiving dinner. We used the grill for our steak and the kitchen was our hangout. The fire pit was a great hit and the short distance to downtown was perfect. We walked everywhere. Everyone mentioned how cozy the beds and bedding were. We all had a fabulous time at the Dancing Crab! Oh, I must add that it was immaculately clean and so well decorated!

We chose this location for our annual family beach trip. Our family includes 3 children under 5 years old and this home was perfect for our needs! Plenty of bed options, toys, back yard to play in, and more. Beth decor was well curated and she chose incredibly comfortable bedding and other linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! We had such a wonderful time kayaking and crabbing on the Necanicum River and will return to Beth's home in the furure! Thank you for the great stay!

The house is so big on the inside you wouldn’t know it from first glance, and decorated beautifully. I loved the fact it’s so close to town but you feel like you’re in your own private world here. They literally have everything you’re looking for with a nice stay with friends. Amazing bbq area, great living room to gather round in, and they also have tons of games and entertainment stuff for the kids. I’m just upset I didn’t notice they had clam guns for use until we were one hour from checking out! We definitely plan on coming back and I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay here.

The property was very clean, updated, with all the amenities you can ask for. The home was well equipped and supplied with all the comforts of home. Located on the river, it was a short walk into town and to the beach. The house was exceptionally clean and has a beachy, cozy vibe. We meet Beth briefly and she was kind enough to give us a little bit of the house's history. She has done an amazing job of creating a dream getaway.
The rooms were beautiful and the beds were all comfortable. Every detail had been thought of, including beach gear, USB outlets, plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, etc. Everything we needed was there. The large dining table meant we could enjoy meals together and there was enough comfortable seating in the living room for everyone.
We had an amazing weekend and none of us wanted to leave. We're already taking about next year.

We came with friends to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and the host, Beth, was so accommodating! She brought extra high chairs and toys for our kiddos, which was beyond what we expected. It's hard to find a house with enough sleeping arrangements for 5 families/couples, this was a great find because there are 4 bedrooms and a bonus sunroom with divider curtains for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gear you need to make a great meal for a large group. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and welcoming.

Our family wanted to gather for the end of the summer celebration, a memorial for the loss of a family member and to enjoy an out of state family member’s visit.
The space and location provided gave us room to gather as a group with the lovely large table for meals, many small places to cozy up for smaller conversations, lovely outside view of the River to enjoy nature and talk. The fire pit became a center and the BBQ area was great for cooking.
We really had everything we needed. Fully furnished for easy meals, fancy meals and extra cooking needs. One phone call helped us find the utensil that was needed.
You won’t retreat your selection of this house, location and host.

We had 3 families staying here for the Seaside Volleyball tournament and it was perfect. Lots of comfy beds, lots of separate spaces if you needed a little quiet time, big dining table so we could all eat together, plenty of towels, two washers and dryers (lots of showers after beach play), everything you could need in the kitchen, etc. The host was extremely nice and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Highly Recommend!!!
The house was much larger than we expected and immaculately kept. This property is a 5-minute walk to the convention center and is right on the water. The owner is amazing and offered so many extras that saved us lots of money and enhanced our stay. Tons of games, books, beach gear, etc. Beautifully decorated interior and very comfortable, too. The landscaping is beautiful and covered in rose bushes, flowers, and fruit trees. The kitchen had absolutely everything. So many private spaces that everyone had lots of room and privacy. We literally booked the next year while we were still in the house.

Beth was a fantastic host who was very prompt in responding to all of my questions. She allowed us an early check-in which allowed me and my family to start our vacation early. You can tell Beth takes great pride in making sure the house as all the amenities to make everyone comfortable. The house even had a bonus basement where my grandkids could watch movies and play with toys available for guests. We were able to walk to the local shops and beaches.
In conclusion, the house was everything we needed and more!

Excellent location - Great backyard
Loved this home! The owner was fabulous to work with. Very clean, everything you need, spacious backyard on the water. Everything was 100%. The only negative for us were the bed mattresses. They seemed to dip quite a bit … but other than that, we would rent here again!

Perfect vacation home
Wish we could have stayed longer! This home is a gem. Fully stocked and spacious. Perfect for a larger group. Enjoyed the proximity to the river and short walk to town/beach. Host went above and beyond to help us find my husband’s lost wedding band in the sand. Hope to be back!

From communications to everything being well stocked to super spacious inside and out. With how bigger my group is we couldn’t even tell because of how big and roomie this house is. You won’t regret renting the dancing crab house for the weekend or so ☺️

You will love this home! Well cared for and immaculate. Comfy beds, well stocked. Hosts very easy to work with and communication was great!
We had 10 adults in the house for meetings and fun. Walking distance to everything!
Can’t say enough. Would definitely come back! We have a conference annually will definitely keep this one in mind!

The house was great! So many things to do in the house. Tons of books and games! Lots of bedrooms. View was awesome.
Old wooden floors were creaky but I wouldn’t expect less from a house like that .

Great House - Great Location!
House was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Large bedrooms with plenty of space and living rooms had plenty of seating to spread out. House was well stocked with anything you needed and view of the river was great. Perfect location to walk to beach, crabbing bridge, or to town area for dinner.

Great place for a large family
Wow! This place was amazing. Tons of extra’s in the kitchen that became very helpful with our meals. Kids will have quite a bit of activities to select from. The lights in the backyard and around the fire pit is beautiful! Highly recommended place!
