Casa finemente ristrutturata con salotto e sala da pranzo con ante a soffietto che si aprono su un ponte su due livelli con un soleggiato aspetto rivolto a nord e una vista attraente sul campo da golf locale, sul Monte Maunganui e attraverso l'ingresso del porto.
Ottimo posto per rilassarsi e hanno un buon pasto all'ombra del tetto o rilassarsi sui lettini sorseggiando un drink rinfrescante.
Cortile di buone dimensioni con parcheggio nascosto strada privata condivisa.
Un sacco di comfort come Freeview e DVD con film / fibra internet / ventilatori a soffitto / pompe di calore / AirCon tutto per aiutarti a stare tranquillo.
Accendi le "luci sul pavimento del ponte" e goditi una serata barbecue sul ponte o accoccolati sui divani e rilassati leggendo la carta e guardando alcuni film.
Fai una passeggiata fino alla spiaggia del porto o in fondo alla strada per i negozi locali per un po 'di fish and chips e un gelato.
I marciapiedi del porto locale sono utili per la passeggiata mattutina e anche la fermata dell'autobus è proprio dall'altra parte della strada.

We recently came to visit family in Tauranga and absolutely loved this well appointed home as a family of 4. It had all the necessities and more, plus the host had fantastic communication. We loved waking up to the view of The Mount from the deck every morning! Thank you Marcus for a magnificent stay.

This house perfectly suited all our needs for our trip. Great spaces, wonderfully equipped, and just a hop, skip and a jump to essential shops. The view from the balcony was just absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A terrific property in a terrific location. Marcus was super discrete and super helpful and responsive. The kitchen was very well appointed, and there was extra towels and bedding and a double garage with washer and dryer. We didn't need much but what we did he was extra generous. The house has some specially nice features like being very spacious and the walls open right up on warm sunny days. While it may lack an en-suite and could do with a safety rail on the glorious large deck it is within walking distance of the beach and golf course and anything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our month in the Beauty on Bureta.

Nice clean house with everything we needed. Awesome to have double garage. But best feature is the covered raised deck with view of the Mount.
So much going on with the ships coming in and the planes overhead, and the golf course below.
Very close supermarket, shops and cafes. Close to town also.

Just like 2 years ago our family spent Xmas/NY in Tauranga. What an excellent property to stay in. Close to shops, quiet but what a great view. The Mount, the harbour, cruise ships,plenty of fireworks.Nearby excellent takeaways and coffee shops. Short walk to Kulim Park and the waterfront, our dogs really enjoyed their time too. A 5 minute car ride to Fergusson Park and a game of family cricket with the dogs joining in retrieving the ball. This property is well planned and has everything you need and more including a friendly and easily accessible host. He even put up the Xmas tree and decorations. Many Thanks Marcus

I love this BnB! I wish I could stay & live here. The garden is so lovely and the large deck w a view of Mt Maunganui is beautiful. The house is thoughtfully and modestly equipped. The blackout curtains were perfect, beds very comfortable. I really can’t say enough except that it’s perfect & would love to stay here again. Highly recommend

This is a large 3/4 bedroom house with separate garage available for use. Although only one bathrrom and one toilet the toilet is a separate room so it was no problem for the 4 of us to all get showered etc every morning and get out the door by 9.00 am for our event.
The location is fabuous with bar, eateries, take-aways and supermarket all within 2 to 3 minutes walk (as is the foreshore walk).
The host has thought of everything in well written instructions.
We had an issue becasue we caused some minor accidental damage and the host was fantastic about it.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home. Everything about the process was so easy, the place was very clean, there were so many thoughtful extras, and it was wonderful to have such a comfortable place to base ourselves. My parents also greatly appreciated the aircon, given that summer finally arrived, and the ice maker and chilled water from the fridge. We really loved the layout and thought your tropical garden was a particular highlight, together with the view! Thanks again!

Thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful 4 nights in this very comfortable and immaculately clean family home. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living rooms, good location close to Tauranga and just 8 minutes to Mt Maunganui by car. Great views from kitchen/dining and large terrace. Secure, undercover parking for two cars. Quiet neighbourhood with large supermarket just 3 minute walk away. Marcus, the host, was quick to respond to all my queries and kindly allowed me to borrow a camping chair to take away each day. We will definitely come back one day.

A fantastic spot, handy to amenities and walks.
My family were here for my fathers 80th so all 75 + so my only comment would be to have a safety rail on the above deck as a bit of a drop. Also has a good no of bedrooms so would be fantastic to have another shower maybe even in the garage, as if you get 5 odd people it would just be really handy.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The views of the Mount and harbour entrance are fantastic. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location. The deck area had both sunny and shady spots most times of the day. It was great having the fully fenced section for the dog.

Everything in the way of local shops was great can't say eough about how good the place is.

A very comfortable, tidy house with good facilities, especially liked the washing machine and dryer in the garage. Great for us a group of work colleagues staying for a week. Great location, shopping centre just down the road and the wonderful walk around the estuary and not too far from the Mount. The highlight was your amazing deck with the beautiful view out to the sea and the Mount.

Close to the supermarket, not far to Tauranga for at least one night to eat out. Stunning views and close to a beach walk when we needed it. Comfy beds and a beautiful home. Will definitely stay again.

My family of six stayed at this property for an extended stay and we were very satisfied with our experience. Plenty of space in the house and plenty of views from the property and surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed our evening walks. The house was clean and the host put in an extraordinary effort to make sure the necessities of everyday life was included. All communication with the host was responsive and pleasant. Exceptional property and host! We would look to stay here again if we were visiting Tauranga in the future.
