Vicino a tutto - si trova sulla costa ovest di Porto Rico - pochi passi dalla spiaggia - 3 camere, 1. 5 bagni residenza. Godetevi tutto ciò che ha da offrire Rincon - surf, snorkeling, paddle boarding, immersioni, pesca, equitazione, osservazione delle balene, negozi, ristoranti, e i migliori tramonti! Perché spendere più di quanto è necessario su un noleggio? Questo edificio è perfetto per la vostra famiglia - vicino a tutto e in pochi passi dalla spiaggia, beach park, ristoranti e centro della città. Aria condizionata in tutta la casa - Prima camera da letto ha 1 letto matrimoniale, seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli, e la terza camera da letto ha 1 letto. Cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, forno gamma, microonde, tostapane, frullatore, macchina per il caffè, pentole, etc. Biancheria per camere e bagni sono tutti inclusi. Teli mare, sdraio e refrigeratori. rondella e asciugatrice per il bucato. Doccia esterna per il risciacquo dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia. Casa dotata di tv via cavo e wi-fi, lettore DVD, DVD, libri e giochi. C'è un negozio di noleggio film locale. Sorseggiare il caffè sotto il portico, tenendo in aria del mattino e la pianificazione per il vostro giorno! Proseguire a piedi lungo la spiaggia e guardare il tramonto mozzafiato sul bellissimo mare dei Caraibi! Se non avete voglia di usare la cucina, tutti i grandi ristoranti locali sono in attesa! The house was in a great location, there were bath and beach towels galore, washer and dryer, and plenty of beach chairs for us in the garage. Three teenagers and two adults got along just fine with everything we needed. The tub was clogged a little upon our arrival, we had a solution and all fixed within a couple of hours thanks to the receptiveness of the owner. Many thanks!

Perfect vacation house - Super easy communications from the time of booking straight through the check out. House was cozy and had everything could need for a getaway week. Easy walking to beaches and restaurants. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

The house could use some updates but it is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood within walking distance to everything. I mean everything you need: 5 minutes to the beach, coffee shop, breakfast place, bar and 15 minutes to Rincon Plaza. It was nice not to use the car every single day and enjoy what Rincon has to offer.

Came to watch my son play collegiate league baseball and to explore this beautiful island! This was the perfect location to the beach, the town square, and baseball stadium. Definitely will book again if we return, thank you for the stay!

The townhouse was in a nice location. Walking distance to a great beach and Rincon’s center of town. The place had everything we needed. The upstairs sink didn’t work well, but it was fine we just used the downstairs and the upstairs toilet ran, so we turned it off when not using it.
The windows didn’t have glass, just metal crank outs and screens, so you could hear the birds, frogs and neighbors must of the night. Got some getting use to because I like silence, but after awhile I enjoyed hearing the nature.

It was a perfect place for our family of five (2 parents & 3 kids) to stay and enjoy Rincon. We could walk to the beach and we were a couple minutes from central Rincon (where great restaurants, shopping, and an art/music/open-air market happens every Thursday evening). The house was clean and well kept, and the owner was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay
Great location and easy walk to town for shopping and restaurants as well as the beach. Very close by car to other surfing beaches and a larger grocery store. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for shower and the beach. It was nice to be able to do laundry there as we stayed for almost 2 weeks. It was also easy to reach the owner when we needed.

Great location and safe area!
The house was just like the pictures. No surprises which is always nice. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and the neighbors are awesome!! Very kind and informative about the area. Tou can walk to the beach by going around the backside of the complex and down a short path. It is beautiful!
The only change that I would make is to get some mattress toppers for the beds as they are hard. The room with the twin beds are very thin. I would definitely stay here again!!

A winter escape to a Caribbean paradise
We had an amazing family vacation! Located in a quiet residential area, the place is close to wonderful beaches, restaurants and major Rincon’s attractions. Great for families who want to stay in a quiet environment and enjoy sandy beaches, warm ocean with its marine life. The place is clean and the landlord is very responsive!

The house needs some updates but over all it was located in a nice neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the beach though the back woods/trail. The owner is very responsive and made the booking process easy.

Excellent host and value
The location of the property is perfect for those who want to hang out at the beach during the day and relax in the evenings. There’s a great coffee shop a 2 minute walk away and you can walk to the marina in about 10 minutes as well. It’s also close proximity to the Pueblo along with Tres Palmas, Steps Beach, and Sandy Beach. Darlene, the host, is responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Check in and check out were easy as well.

Exactly as described
Place was exactly as described and what we needed for the week on a last-minute booking. Relatively low-frills home that could probably use a little TLC, but had all the essentials and comfortably slept the group in 3 different bedrooms.

Excellent location. Quick walk to plaza & beaches. The property was clean, plenty of kitchen items, towels etc. owner was available for any questions that may arise. I would recommend a stay at this property. It has everything you need for a great vacation. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful home and great location
The townhouse was perfectly clean and orderly. It has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. Super clean bedrooms, each with individual AC units. The location is great! Extra bonus for the beach chairs, towels, and outdoor shower. I can’t wait to go back!

Location was perfect!!! Great Neighborhood!
This place was perfect for us. The rooms were a good size and everything was in order. Plenty of linens, cooking utensils, space, and leftover items to make it comfortable like home. We were able to cook and grill and save money rather than eating out as much. The beach was incredible for a sunset everyday and perfect for swimming all day. There is a Harbor bar to grab a bite or beer right down the street and local venders on the corner that provide excellent eats for cheap. The bar had good music. We were able to use the surfboards and had one of our own, so we didn't have to travel with any. Surf spots were all very accessible by car from the rental and it was nice to be able to walk to the local beach and swim after. The neighbors were very nice and neighborhood was colorful and safe as well. The Thursday night market and the Sunday morning markets are a must see and do. And they are just a short walk from the house to the downtown area where there are shops, bars, and great eateries. Also was a plus to have a 2 minute drive to the Supermarket and Bakery. The hot meals at the Bakery are a must!!!! Cheap and on point. We will be back again. And we all appreciate the great hospilatily that Darlene offered us. She was very responsive and helpful. Don't miss out on the rental, but save us a 2 week slot!

Clean, good accommodations, but the stairs was a bit of a problem for my wife.
We felt like home away from home. Two things though, the left side door of the masters’ closet does not work. Second, through the family’s window closest to the next door neighbor at C-2, there appears to be entering termites into the property. There are two dark lines on the ceiling. Finally, our last night we had two huge roaches enter the house, but we took care of them.
Thank you for a great vacation. We would return and recommend it.

Clean, great Location!
Love the area of vista azul.. it was in walking distance of the beach and town. 3 bedrooms were awesome to have. AC in all rooms and downstairs. We used the washer/ drier and they had boogie boards, surf boards and chairs. Plenty of towels for the beach and shower. Water pressure was great. I would suggest getting an umbrella for the beach. We cast under the tree but an umbrella would have been nice. Since the WiFi and cable were out we had a DVD player and watched movies! I would highly recommend this place to stay! Thanks Darlene!

Clean Comfortable As Advertised
As advertised. From loads of towels to our morning coffee machine. Wi-Fi to laundry facilities. We have no hesitation recommending. No hesitation booking again

Perfect for a small family
Very nice clean rental. Well stocked with everything you need. It's in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to town. Owners were very easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful !
We went to Rincon P.R. For the 2015 xmas holiday season . My wife, our 16 year old daughter and my in-laws that came from Israel .
We all had a GREAT time in Puerto Rico and we all loved this town house .
Location was just perfect - walking distance (5 min) to a very pretty and well kept public beach with Restaursnts ,gift shops and water sport shops.
And a short ride to all the stores and market .
Mrs. Piccione (owner of property) was just amazingly quick with response to our (very lil') issues ,at every hour of the day & made us feel like family . The neighbors were super friendly and nice to help with tips and pointers .
Bottom line - this will be our place to getaway in Rincon .
