bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko ok. 600m od głównej drogi/autostrady i linii kolejowej z lotniska do Aten, przy przystanku kawiarnia, wszędzie czyściutko, pełne wyposażenie, mimo, iż spędziłem w Atenach tyko 1 noc, absolutnie nie było problemów z rezerwacją, kontakt przez whatsapp uważam za świetny pomysł, informacje i wskazówki były bardzo pomocne, WiFi działało bez zarzutów, niestety z końcem listopada jacuzzi nie było już dostępne, ale faktycznie wieczory i poranki były już chłodne, ogólnie oceniam miejsce jak bardzo dobry wybór, w 100% spełnił moje oczekiwania.

Sin disponibilidad de agua caliente. Demasiados mosquitos dentro de la habitación. Dirección con poca luminosidad, fue muy difícil dar con la puerta correcta.

When I arrived at the place I called the owner and he told me I should have read the instructions. I checked my inbox, spam box, bin and there was no instructions sent. He sent me a message through booking with the instructions afterwards. I would have appreciated if the owner was a bit more friendly but that's no big deal.

Dommage que le Jacuzzi était hors fonctionnement pour l'hiver, la salle de bain n'est pas très grande et pas en très bon état. Pas de code wifi.

le spa est un plus avant de prendre un vol le le lendemain.

Spacious clean studio, good bed. The owner had already preheated the appartement before arriving on a cold wet Athenian evening. That was much appreciated.

Nothing really. Just a minor disappointment when the coffeemachine didn't produce the coffee in the morning, it didn't seem to 'punch' the small cups. But that was nothing, the apartment is great!

À 10 mn à pied des transports qui rejoignent aussi bien l aéroport que le centre-ville. Studio bien agencé et très bien équipé

Overall that’s a very good offer for it’s money. The place was clean and quiet, the bed was comfy. And the TV is really good, expensive, with the nice sound, most owners put something cheap, so that thing really makes a good impression. Also you are able reach the airport, port, central railway station and the city center via direct connection, so the location is really well balanced.

The SPA was dirty. Now, I want to mention that it’s outside of the building and these days it’s super windy in Athens, so I can understand the reason.. However, and that’s a key point, If you name your place as a “Luxury apartment with SPA”, it’s obvious the expectations of your guests will be quite high and most of them will book this place because you have this SPA which others don’t. So when I came after the tiring trip and my only wish was to get in this SPA I’ve booked, I cleaned it myself instead. Another thing, the water heater. It works super slow. I followed all the instructions but it took over two hours for the temperature just to get okayish, like is the pool, and it had never reached normal jacuzzi temperature and it’s now, when it was actually hot outside. So when you come early or for the few days it’s not really a problem, you have time to prepare in advance and wait, but when you come late overnight — it is. Another thing, as I told, the apartment was super clean, but it was some linen in the washing machine) I didn’t check it’s condition, didn’t need the machine, so not a big deal, but, why is it there.) Cause the place is so visible, just in the center, and the washing machine has a glass door, it just makes wrong impression. Small details, but, they make difference. So it was good, but to feel “Luxury” and “SPA”, the is quite a way for improvement. Because that’s what guests will expect from this place. SPA, and a feeling of luxury.
