The best beach community on the East Coast. The house was perfect for our family of four. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was super responsive with questions. Great vacation.

Wonderful place for our annual family surf trip. House was perfect for our family. Peaceful backyard deck and garden was a great spot for coffee, dinner and stargazing while listening to the ocean waves crashing in the distance!

This house was perfect for our family (including our dog)- very comfortable and great location. The fenced-in yard and washer/dryer were very helpful. The outdoor shower was great! John was very easy to get in touch with and to work with.

Well taken care of, modern, owners very responsive and accommodating. Standards stocked : toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, salt, pepper. Fenced in backyard for pups - best part of the house is the outdoor shower. Don't even try showering inside when you have that luxury! Everything is clean, great cross breezes, but AC units if needed. Super tall people may bump their heads on the top bunk. If you like lots of pillows to sleep you may want to bring extras. Would definitely come back here!

Nice beach house with a 10 min walk to Ditch Plains beach. Short drive (less than 2 miles) to the town of Montauk. Wonderful area; great shopping and restaurants.
Plumbing is a little hokey; it appears as though the upstairs toilet connects to the downstairs toilet (when flushed)...not a big deal. The outdoor shower is awesome...we took all of our showers outside.

This house is perfect for an extended weekend getaway. It has a great location, amazing neighborhood and fantastic accommodations. John was very easy to work with, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!
