The house size is perfect for our group of 55+ year old college friends to get together, catch up and play golf. The owner is very accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs. We will be back again.

Plenty rooms, comfortable, clean. Spa and fire were lovely! Big kitchen for making dinners.

Everything was exactly as discribed. So many beds, great hottub. Perfect for a ski trip group of family/friends.

Great overall experience

We have stayed here 3 times, hoping to make it 4 next year, and every time the process is seamless. Dave is always just a phone call away to help you with anything you might need. The home has ample sleeping spaces for a large group but for having so many sleeping spaces it still has a cozy cabin feel which we love. We hope to be long time renters here as we always have a great stay.

We rented the home for a week in July for my parents 50th anniversary. There were 13 of us and we were very comfortable, lots of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, the house was very clean and neat. Plenty of parking! I would definitely recommend this home for larger groups and the hot tub was a great amenity that the whole family enjoyed. While there are plenty of things to do in the area for the summer just prepare yourself to have to drive to the locations. But a quiet area and not lots of traffic so it is very easy to get around. Our communication with the owner was very easy including calling him when we thought there was an issue with water at 2am, which turned out to be nothing. Dave was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend this home! PS: perfect location for skiers, snow boarders, etc.

This is the 2nd year we have rented the house for a yearly get together. It is well furnished, has a great porch for grilling and enough bedrooms for everyone. The owner Dave is very accommodating and strives to ensure that we have a great stay.

This property was the perfect location for our girls trip. It was so centralized to all the locations we planned to visit: Killington Adventure Center, The Foundery, and Jax. The fire pit, hot tub and covered deck were our favorite part, as we enjoyed spending time outside. From start to finish, Dave was very helpful and communicative and was flexible to our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the house great set up plenty of room. Dave was helpful with a few mishaps that we had. My only complaint is paying for linens and hot tub set up. That was a bummer.

I organized a group of 17 golfers for a large tournament in the Rutland area. We stayed for three days and two nights,and this property was everything we could have hoped for.This is the second rental property we have rented from Dave and I have to say he knows his stuff when it comes to providing everything that is needed for a stay like we had.Everything was perfect. House was great for a big group, fit 26 of us no problem and Dave was super responsive. Such an easy ride to the mountain, we had a blast.

Great house. Very clean. Tons of space and beds, so very ideal for a large group.

We found the house to be clean, comfortable and with many amenities that made the stay all the better. The covered deck with the grill is a great bonus even on a rainy night. Dave the owner was very accommodating and wanted to make sure that we had a great stay.

Overall a seamless experience. Billing an payment was easy, the house and ameneities were as described and the extras like trash bags, paper towels etc... were appreciated. Perfect retreat for our group.

The beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone plus more. The house was super cozy, and the firepit was the highlight of our stay. Despite the restrictions regarding extra fees for linen and the hot tub, we had a great time in killington and couldn't have found a better place to suit our needs. Definitely recommend!

The home is beautiful. It couldn't have been an easier and smooth process. The owner is great and the house was perfect.

My group of 28 people stayed here last weekend and had an amazing time. This was the second time for some of us staying in this home and we came back for a reason! Though the house is large and has lots of beds for multiple guests, it also feels cozy and warm, where many large houses do not. There were ample supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels( I had brought extra for our group because other houses we've stayed at, in the area, haven't had enough available). The home was clean and ready for us with bedding and towels. Dave was great at communicating throughout the booking process and during our stay. There is plenty of parking and it is a very quick drive to the mountain. We love the wood stove, hot tub, and dart board in the game room. We hope to return here for our next stay in Killington as we have stayed in 2 other houses here and this is by far our favorite!

We had a group of 15 people stay here for a weekend. It was a great property for a large group. Beds for everyone, lots of rooms for private sleeping, a good kitchen, and an awesome space for a firepit. We enjoyed our time and would recommend for anyone interested in getting away up in Killington.

The home's owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Upon arrival the home was very clean and more spacious than the pictures show. We had a group of 20 people including kids and adults. There was plenty of sleeping space to accommodate 5 families with great bunk rooms for the kids to sleep in. The two separate living spaces were very convenient for the adults and kids to each have separate rooms to relax in after a long day of skiing. I would highly recommend this property and would rent again if we headed back to Killington.

Our group stayed here for President's Day Weekend. The house was a lot larger then it seems in the pictures and fit our group of 26 comfortably with beds still available. Lots of firewood and paper products available. Also easy access to the hot tub right off of the living room. The three full baths on the upper floors and a half bath in the basement made it easy for our large group to get ready. The house is very close to the mountain, bars, and restaurants. We booked and prepaid vans to pick us up ahead of time and they were always on time! Dave was also very accommodating and easy to reach. Would definitely come back !

The facility is great and works well for a large group with total of 24 beds! It is well maintained and the owner Dave is very responsive and helpful. Everyone in our group loves it!

Great house, very convenient and with a lot of amenities (outdoor hot tub, wi-fi, games room...) for a perfect stay. We went there with a group of friends and had a great time. The ski trails are easily accessible by car. The house was very clean and Dave has been extremely helpful for us to enjoy our stay as much as possible.

Our group of 25 stayed here during Christmas 2014 for 8 days and the experience was just beyond awesome!!! The house was really spacious (even for 25 of us) and wonderfully stocked for everything (kitchen/bathroom/laundry/firewood supply…etc). It is also conveniently located near Killington Ski Resort (5 minutes to the ski lodges) and to numerous restaurants/ grocery store/ski rental shops…etc. The most amazing part (other than our 14 teens were actually enjoyed the stay) is how accommodating/wonderful/easy to deal with the owner/Dave is. Dave is absolutely the Best!!! If you are coming to Killington… Do contact him (he has three great houses), you won’t regret!!! :)

Absolutely no complaints. This house has everything my group (12 people) needed and more. It was spacious, clean, and very warm! It had modern appliances and technology, and the hot tub was incredible. The owner's a great guy: he was very responsive and was flexible to meet our group's needs. The house was also in a great location. There are restaurants and liquor stores nearby and it's only a 5 minute drive to the slopes. Overall, my group had an awesome weekend at this house and we'll definitely try to come back next year! Highly recommend this place to any large group of people who are looking for a great house for a great price!

This is a great property. When we arrived we had to call the maintenance man due to a running toilet. The maintenance man arrived quickly to take care of the problem. The owner is also easy to communicate with by e-mail, which made for an easy and care-free trip. I cant wait to go back next year.
