Questa zona incontaminata si trova sulla S. Johns River nel cuore della Foresta Ocala. Immaginate una deriva nel tempo per un Florida che pochi esperienza. brezza e dolce aria fresca con l'accenno di fiori di odori da qualche lontano boschetto nascosto nella foresta tropicale densa. Canoa con una vasta varietà di uccelli troppi per nome così. Alligatori che pattugliano le coste alla ricerca di pesci capolino da sotto i giacinti d'acqua. This property looks good from the picture but everything is broken. Half missing wall pepper leaking roof and porches the furniture is broken and made to look intact. The house smells like cat urine. The grill was bungeed together and as soon as I touched it, it fell apart. The Sauna and Hot tub are not usable the showers are moldy and if you rock them they will cause a leak the walls in the master bathroom are bowed form water damage with paneling put over to hide. the cabinets are falling apart with paper over them so you don’t see the rot in the wood. The back porch unusable with old broken furniture cat food, and animal traps. The couches are scratched up and smell like at urine. I cleaned for 3 days upon arrival. If you have small children. DO NOT bring them here I had to install latches on all the doors as none of them close properly. Cabinets are missing doors windows have pieces of foam filling the gaps where they don’t close. The gates are loose and not safe for animals to be in the yard alone. Then the host will make you pay for their home thats falling apart.

Great place
This place has everything you need. Greats beds, terrific showers and a well stocked kitchen. It’s perfect and the views are stunning. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Nice locatio
My wife and I enjoyed are stay. Location could have used a more thorough cleaning before we arrived but Denise was gracious when responding to that concern and I realize that cleaning personnel can sometimes get lax. Overall the property and price was very nice.

We had a great time while staying at this property. It was a guys trip and the most important things for us are location on the river, a good place to park our boats, and a comfortable place to eat and sleep. This house had all of that.

This home is lovely. The large window in the living room which overlooks St. John's River is majestic. Communication was fabulous and the home is great. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Would stay again.

Quaint house on the river
The house was very eclectic with a mix of new upgrades, and older touches. The outside space was amazing. I fell in love with the huge window that looks out on the river. Using the steam showers were great, I felt like I was stepping into a time
machine!! Everything was comfortable and we had a very enjoyable stay!

The home is directly on the water, with a beautiful yard and patio furniture. It's in a very nice quiet community. The only noise we heard was from boats going by. Unfortunately the hot tub, sauna and clothes dryer were not working. It had rained a few days before we arrived and the roof leaked on the hot tub porch and the carpet was soaked. The house also needed a serious cleaning. Under the conditions we only stayed for one night. The owner offered a free week once the problems were corrected.

Nothing less than perfect
I cannot say enough about our stay. We traveled with 6 teens from 12-20 and they are already planning our next trip. The location is perfect close to the springs, state parks and only 30 minutes to Daytona Beach. Spent the majority of our time on the lawn watching the river, the kids fish, the manatees play and even the alligator. The house had plenty of room for all 8 of us and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. We didn't want to leave so we stayed an extra night. The host is amazing! Must try Williams Landing for dinner, it was fabulous . Overall for the price you couldn't ask for anything more. We will definitely be back again!

Great Location
We only stayed a couple of days but the location was great. The kids caught some bass right from the sea wall and the house was well equipped. Could tell the owner cared for the property and communicated well.

We enjoyed our stay - especially seeing manatees eating in the canal right outside. The screened porches and yard were a hit with my kids. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out.

In some ways it felt like Aunt Sally might come out of the extra bedroom because of all the artifacts in the home. We saw several roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Unfortunately we were not able to use the hot tub (spa) because it was broken all week. The laundry room was flooded and unusable during our week there. Additionally, the roof leaked during a rain over one of the porches. The owners are nice and responsive; offering us a free weekend for our troubles with the hot tub, but we would not want to visit the property again. We ended up leaving a day early because of the roaches, and even though we communicated that to the owners, we have had no response.

Great location,but could use some work.
Very spacious, but need some deep cleaning . Stains on curtain ,furniture cabinets and carpet.cluttered with personal items. Exterior need attention. Hot tub was excellent. Needs electric on dock.

Amazing peaceful place to spend our weekend.
This place has everything that you need. Amazing sitting areas with awesome views of the river and canal. Definitely want to come back for more peace

We Love Astor.
While staying at the Pristine House on the Waterfront we had the pleasure of fishing, watching turtles, alligators, and manatees on a daily basis. We had a great time and woukd highly recommend this property as a rental.
