Double booked but gave us a upgrade

Only positive thing was the beautiful location.
We were told they had no booking on our name. Even though we requested our different check-in time on booking after getting a booking confirmation, so this sounded very weird to us. Somebody else had miraculously not showed up, so turned out they had a cottage available. Sounds like they just messed up their own planning.
The cottage was old an only partially clean.
We were with three people and only 2 towels were provided. These towels had two big holes in them.
Airconditioning made a lot of noise and was blowing straight on the bed. This airconditioning was only in one of the rooms, so the second rooms was boiling hot.
The window shutter was broken and we had a lot of light in the room.
There was no wifi and no mention of this in advance.
Fair to say we paid a lot of money for a very unpleasant experience.

Lack of cleanliness. Dead bugs in windowsills. Lots of dust on fans.

We were given a free upgrade to a house. The house was great! The beds were very comfortable.
Could not get into the Wi-Fi so therefore we couldn’t watch TV. a lot of windows in the house and lots of light shining in at night.

separate the stay and they confirmed the order and charged me all the money, however when I arrived the place was closed and there was no one to receive me. I made the claim and they do not answer me and they do not return my money.

The location was near Highway 19 draw bridge so it was noisy to sit outside and could also hear it inside. There are no amenities-no ice, water, pool, nothing. We stayed there to be near the Springs in Ocala National Forest. There really wasn't any other choice.
It was clean, mostly. View was good but noisy.
See above. We were the only guests. No wi-fi. One staff person who left at 5:00 pm so no one manning the desk all night.

Julie is the absolute best, she has a full plate but still gets you everything you need when asked. Beds and views were phenomenal, overall love this place.
Would like to see outdoor grills in common areas, more dock cleats on boat docks.

Excellent location at the side of the river, handy Irish pub and restaurant just across the bridge (100 metres). Rooms are very simple but bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom simple if a little tired but clean and the shower was super powerful.
Some road noise from the bridge over the river, poor repair to ceiling tiles.

No heat in bedroom or TV, TV in living room like a 32in ,no wifi not able to reach anyone after 5 pm, Fight next door drunk breaking window and hollering

The room was spotless. Good comfortable mattress. AC worked well. Plenty of towels. Good TV and fan. Room was very comfortable. Good shower. Great view of the river.
Had to throw your body into door to open and shut it, and slam it as hard as you could to get it closed. It needed to be planed. No ice machine found on premises. The check in office was filled with cigarette smoke. Ran out of coffee and nobody was there to ask for more.

The riverside room was a nice location at night to sit by the fire. The exterior of the building and premises were done quite nicely and there were docks for boats (which we did not have). The room was adequate at best.
Contacting people from the location was difficult. No one picked up the phone when called. No one was there when we arrived, THOUGH, we were eventually able to contact someone (who was on her day off, and she kindly came by to check us in).
It was overpriced and though it seemed like a good location, the drawbridge created an excess of noise which was easily heard in the room.
