-Spacious and clean room

-Too much noise -Too crowded -Kids running everywhere -Rooms were nice but everything else was outdated -Staying there felt a bit chaotic. Staff was unorganized, some of them didn't speak nor Greek or English. -Although it's a 5 star hotel they didn't help us book a car.

The location and overall resort is great. Irini at the front desk is awesome. There are several really nice and efficient staff members, from the bar staff to the cleaning crew, all great. Only exception were three people cited in the “didn’t like” section.

The restaurant staff. There are three specific people in the restaurant that are extremely rude and treat guests as if we are all out to steal the food. The front podium lady, the restaurant manager and the guy that slings the Luke warm pasta. Worse than the restaurant staff though are the beds. Do you just use box springs as mattresses? We could literally feel every spring digging into us.

Some features of the hotel are worthy of the fifth star: The infinite pool is great, the view is breathtaking, the formula with breakfast + dinner included is worth the money. The private beach is good and wide. I think food was overall good, I would have not expected anything better. Rooms are spacious.

Thee-star features: No shuttle from or to the airport, no possibility to store the luggage for a fee in case of traveling around the island for many days, the fridge did not even have water, no fresh juices for breakfast and the ones they proposed were not good, the whole "concierge" experience during dinner was poor. I am Italian myself, but I could not stand the loud Italian songs during the day while I was trying to relax by the pool. When on vacation, I would rather experience something I do not find at home, but I was forced to Italian music and entertainment. Even their best pool is not "adults only", so you might struggle trying to relax while children are crying next to you. I must admit that most of the times adults were the problem though, being very loud. The gym is very basic. The equipment is very old and only 3-4 people can train at the same time since there are only 5 machines and a couple of planks. Some of the equipment do not function. The entire concept revolves around elderly Italian people, so most of the activities they propose are "playing cards", "walking" and so on. Great for my dad, not so great for us. Four-star features: There is a gym. There is a Spa (we did not try it). There are three pools. Slippers and bathrobes are available upon request. Room was cleaned every day. I appreciated the quality of the sun beds and umbrellas. Cocktail bar. Final comment: I still enjoyed my stay and I do think it is great value for the money. I would love my parents to go there to enjoy their time and experience a mixed italian-foreign experience. My vote is not great just because this cannot be considered a 5 star hotel, in my view. If it was advertised as a 4 star hotel, it would be a solid 8.5 for me, and a 10 for Italians who are 50 plus, especially if they do not speak other languages.

The staff and espeacially the people at the reception were very polite! They upgraded our room. The hotel can offer everything you need. Beach, food, spacy rooms, pool, bar, market store.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel!!The rating does not correspond to reality and is misleading to visitors. Cleaniness needs improvement, sheets are not changed on a daily basis, as it is expected in a 5-star hotel, outdated furniture inside the room and lousy mattress. They provide you with 1-2 mini cubes of the lowest quality shower gel that is barely enough for one shower! Very disappointing..

1. I have contacted the hotel prior to my arrival to request to change the room to accomodate just 1 person instead of 2 (the second person for the room got covid), and to return a prortion of the already paid room, but they denied telling me that it has been already been paid in booking.com and no changes can be made at this time. (Not the best of service on a request) 2. The room I have booked was a 2 bed room, and they gave me double bed room. (Not what I have asked for) 3. The room I have booked was a sea side view room, but no sea was visible from the room. I had to get out of the room on the railing in order to see the side of the sea (Not accurate information on your listings) 4. In 170 euro/day room you didn't even had a complimatary water bottle in the room, nor was I notified that tap water is not drinkable. (Not the best of service in general) 5. On my request (through booking.com and to the hotel) for a partial refund for not getting the service I have originally purchased, they have declined. (No compensation) 6. The pictures in booking.comdisplay a beautified version of the hotel which is not accurate

property was clean. rooms were clean. staff was nice.

a little outdated. some things need to be modernized. the one thing that needs to change is the front desk. there was only one woman there and poor lady can handle on so much. other than that, staff was super sweet.

Smalled like sewer when we first arrived. Sprayed and went away. Safe didnt' work and had no instruction, took 1.5 hr to get someone to come fix it. There was drill noise throughout the day, it was really loud, asked for it to stop 5 times, and after 2 hours it did. VERY bad service, hotel has very small staff to guest ratio;

very big some rooms very big and new very near to the private beach. beach towels can be changed whenever you like. air conditioning is working fine sea view is perfect

breakfast very crowdy and with no covid19 prevention measures no or very little Greek food in breakfast. no shuttle for the airport sounds unexpected for a 5stars hotel.

Stayed with family (couple with two very young children and two grandparents). The hotel facilities were great, but most importantly the hotel staff (reception, bar, restaurant, pool, room cleaning, spa) were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome!

Perfect location for staying at Pigadia. Nice view, sea, pools.

It needs to be better maintained and cleaned. Also, we did not like that we had to leave our table (breakfast, lunch or dinner) exactly same time that the buffet was closing. That means that you have to be there much earlier than the timetable. And you cannot stay longer and enjoy your coffee or wine.

Pools were very nice, everything was clean and access to the beach is great.staff is helpful and friendly, especially in the main bar and in the dining hall. The room was very clean, comftable and spacious with great view (superior room in the newly renovated area).

1. Barely any gluten free options to eat. 2. Roof bar was closed in our stay. 3. Not enough sun beds around the pools. People throw a towel on them and are not even around. Too bad the hotel doesn't have a no seat saving policy. Many rude people save sits at 8am and come back at 12pm.
