The house was very clean & comfortable. It had everything needed, to make your stay enjoyable. Added extras books, radios, games etc. The house was across the road from the beach with tennis courts & open space at the back. Very quiet, a very enjoyable place to stay, would highly recommend. I was pleased to find a property that didn’t allow pets.

The location was ideal for the family - proximity of beach, cafés, restaurant, boating and walks.

A small thing in the kitchen was the difficulty of getting at pots and pans and we couldn't find cooker instructions, but worked it out. Also, our boys were turned off the club hard tennis courts, although the property has use of them. Most of the time no courts were in use and we saw only 2 in use for an hour at the most on any day. They could use the rather unsatisfactory grass 'courts.'

Exceptional. Would highly recommend for location (by the sea!), Ease of access to property, very clean, owner called us to let us know we could check in early, super!

Location facing sea, lovely quaint & interesting village; quiet location; plenty of nearby places of interest; on site parking; good spacious layout; extremely clean and tidy; good sized rooms; well equipped. Some maintenance issue let it down from being 10/10. Would still go again.

Outside light not working; lounge settee quite battered needs replacing; guidelines said village shop - it shut a long time ago; no instructions for heated radiators in bathrooms; Main bedroom: mattress needs replacing; shower rail loose on wall; shower head slides down rail when wet. On suite bedroom - toilet does not flush properly.

Great location next to the pebble beach. Very well presented property, felt like it had recently been redecorated. Accommodation is of a high standard.

The kitchen knives need either sharpening or replacing.
